The main objective of the project is to improve nature conservation management capacity by updating property data. The project provides for: - Verification of information on land use in the range of contours, among others dr, Ls, Ps, Ł or Ti. A comprehensive update of the utilities layer will allow, in addition to better planning of protective treatments, the initiation of an administrative procedure leading to the disclosure in the Land and Building Register of data corresponding to the actual state. - Resumption of missing boundary marks at border breaks with recalculation of the demarcation frame of State Treasury lands from adjacent lands. The stabilization of the border points will give unambiguous information about the course of the park border, which is particularly important due to the fact that TPN has only a residual and discontinuous envelope and intensive development and development in many places are approaching the northern border of the park. At the same time, we anticipate the elimination of conflict situations resulting from ambiguous data in the EGiB. - Development of a description of the trajectory of the TPN boundary by geographical coordinates and a description of the SOOS and OSOP boundary (for drafting the border regulation). - Preparation of a draft TPN regulation describing the park boundary. - Statement of TPN's area for reporting purposes (due to the form of ownership [SP in the park management, i.e. in perpetual usufruct of the park, SP in other management, SP in perpetual usufruct of other entities and natural persons, ownership of the park, private property, municipal property, ownership of religious associations and associations, ownership remaining] method of use [forest, including non-forested, agricultural, wooded and shrubbed, waters, unused land, other areas], type of protection [close, active, landscape], total area in ha and share of individual categories in the total area of the park). - Updating the boundaries of streams constituting separate cadastral plots and implementing divisions (pursuant to Article 95 of the Real Estate Management Act) so that the stream within the park's boundaries is included as a separate cadastral plot in accordance with the course of the park's border. - Separation of roads from larger plots owned by the State Treasury in perpetual usufruct of TPN to separate plots, which will contribute to issuing a decision confirming the right of perpetual usufruct for the park and will enable better planning of protective measures. - Execution of a study eliminating errors between cadastral parcels at the borders of wid. (Zakopane and Kościelisko). Currently, plots in neighbouring areas on the border of Kościelisko and Zakopane communes overlap, which generates errors in, among others, reliable calculation of the plot area. - Execution of lists of changes to regulate the legal status of watercourses and establishment of land registers necessary for the regulation of streams, roads and determination of boundaries. - Develop a draft updated protection plan for TPN, SOOS and OSOP PLC120001. The main emphasis in the project was on geodetic works, which, due to the park's history, ownership situation are very complicated and the overall approach to this type of work and as part of the project promotion, it was planned to install an information board on the building, publications in the Tatra quarterly published by the Tatra National Park in a circulation of 6.5 thousand copies and to create information about the project and the funding obtained on the TPN website.
