The subject of the project is thermomodernization of the heating network, liquidation of group nodes along with the construction of new individual nodes in cities: Koronowo, Nakło nad Notecią, Solec Kujawski leading to a reduction in the start of heat and water energy on the networks of urban heating systems managed by KPEC Spółka z o.o. in Bydgoszcz. The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of district heating systems managed by KPEC Spółka z o.o. and to reduce air pollution emissions by reducing heat losses as a result of thermal modernisation of the district heating network in Solec Kujawski, Nakla nad Notecia and Koronowo. The material scope of the project includes the implementation of the following tasks: 1. Development of project and cost documentation. 2. Replacement of thermal insulation on the overhead network in Koronowo. 3. Reconstruction of the low-parameter network into a high-parameter network with the construction of individual nodes at ul. Konopnicka 3A in Koronowo. 4. Reconstruction of the low-parameter network into a high-parameter network with the construction of individual nodes at ul. Rose 1 in the Crown. 5. Reconstruction of the low-parameter network into a high-parameter network with the construction of individual nodes at ul. Post Office 15 in Nakla nad Notecia. 6. Reconstruction of the low-parameter network into a high-parameter network with the construction of individual nodes at ul. Casimir the Great 6 in Nakla nad Notecia. 7. Reconstruction of the low-parameter network into a high-parameter network with the construction of individual nodes at ul. Piastów 24 in Solec Kujawski. 8. It's a promotion. As part of the project, the existing low-parameter network will be converted into a high-parameter network. In addition, the project will use pre-insulated pipeline technology, which will increase the operational durability of the heating network, thanks to the elimination of external corrosion of line pipes, reduce the number of failures, reduce the operating costs of the network and reduce heat losses on transmission. As a result of changing the duct technology to pre-insulated, there will be a reduction in the demand for fuel in the heat source, and thus a reduction in the amount of pollutants emitted into the atmosphere. In total, the project will modernise the 1,918 km long district heating network (including 0,460 km of overhead networks), dismantling 5 group nodes, which will be replaced by individual nodes (34 units). The planned measures will reduce primary energy consumption by 5 616.25 GJ/year, as well as greenhouse gas emissions by 413.45 MgCO2/year and dust emissions by 0.183 Mg/year. In addition to construction works, the project includes promotion activities. In this respect, it is planned to implement and install 4 tables informing about co-financing from EU funds and the state budget, investment tasks included in the project. The boards will be installed in the places of material implementation of individual tasks and at the Company's headquarters. In addition, both on the website of KPEC Sp. z o.o. and on the social media of the applicant, information about the implemented investment will be placed, which will be updated on an ongoing basis, at the time of achieving the milestones of the project. The implementation of the project is currently at the conceptual stage. Real-life tasks, i.e. construction works, have not yet started. There are also no contractors for these tasks. The applicant plans to conduct procedures for the selection of contractors carrying out construction and installation works in an open tender procedure. Planned date of preparation of project and cost documentation - Q3 2014 2024 - Q2 2025, submission of an application for a building permit - Q1 2018 2025, obtaining a building permit - Q2 2018 2025. The commencement of construction works is planned for Q4. 2024. (on task 2), while the completion of works - Q3 2016 2027.
