The project is aimed at reducing losses in the network related to heat transmission, reducing the demand for primary energy, including energy from the combustion of fossil fuels. Therefore, it is in line with the objectives of the Operational Programme FENX.02.01. Reconstruction of the district heating network is one of the tasks provided for in the ‘Strategy leading to obtaining the status of an efficient district heating system by the district heating system in PEC Mława’. The planned project will consist in the reconstruction of the existing Os duct heat network. Sienkiewicz's footprint on the new network of pre-insulated pipes and the construction of new heating connections for multi-family residential buildings. For this purpose, it is necessary and necessary to remove the old ducted heat network and to locate a new, underground pre-insulated heat network. The planned project is a linear investment. The pipelines will run on partially undeveloped, unpaved areas covered with grass surfaces. The investment area also includes sections of road lanes at ul. Cooperative and ul. It's common. Reconstruction of the heat network will require temporary occupation of the site. The construction of pre-insulated pipes DN 100-250 requires a linear excavation with a width of up to 2 m, the depth of the excavation depending on the ordinal terrain up to 3.0 m. Minimum ground cover of 0.5 m. Crossings through the carriageways will be made by the method of squeezing. Area occupied: 676,5 mb x 2 m = 1 353 m2. After completion of the works, the site will be restored to its original state, only the surface in the projection of pipes with the diameters of the designed pipelines will be occupied. The investment project consists of the following basic works: - demolition and demolition works, earthworks, - soil removal works, green space development works, - pipeline construction works, - road surface works, - installation of an alarm system, - thermal insulation. The investment project consists of the following accompanying works: - execution of the Geodetic As-built Inventory, - execution of the as-built documentation of the pipeline alarm system. The investment project consists of the following temporary works: - implementation of the assumptions of the Traffic Organisation Project by laying and dismantling bypasses and detours, setting and removing plates and road signs, fencing with fixed barriers of excavations, setting footbridges over excavations, lighting barriers where the traffic organisation project assumes it, - securing excavations in the event of a risk of sliding excavation walls, - laying (if the project so provides) curtain pipes. The material scope of the project covered by the application consists of a reconstructed district heating network with a length of 676,5 m, made in pre-insulated pipe technology.
