Modernization of the district heating network within ul. Jasna in Ząbkowice Śląskie

As a result of the project, the district heating network serving the residents of Ząbkowice Śląskie at ul. Oh, yeah, sure. The project includes the replacement of the district heating network, connections to buildings and the liquidation of single-function group nodes and the construction of new, dual-function individual nodes. The buildings indicated in Annex 27 currently covering their demand for hot water from the network are also to change the way the demand for hot water is covered. As a result of these measures, the current way of heating hot water in gas stoves will be replaced by hot water from the network. The main objective of the project is to modernize the outdated district heating network in order to optimize it, improve the efficiency of heat distribution and improve air quality in the city of Ząbkowice Śląskie. The specific objectives of the project will be: 1. Reducing primary energy consumption. 2. Reduction of heat loss. 3. Reducing the consumption of hard coal. 4. Reducing emissions of greenhouse gases (especially CO2) and other pollutants as a result of reduced consumption of thermal energy. Scope of the project and costs: 1. Modernization of the district heating network within ul. Jasna in Ząbkowice Śląskie - construction works. The task includes the modernisation of the district heating network within ul. Jasna in Ząbkowice Śląskie, including:  dismantling of the district heating network,  modernisation of the district heating network and connections to buildings,  dismantling of group nodes,  construction of 10 individual heat nodes,  works of the electrical industry on nodes,  demolition and surface restoration. The costs of construction and assembly works also include:  making a survey frame and an as-built map,  making as-built documentation. Total costs: 7 503 068,84 PLN Eligible costs: 6 100 055,96 zł 2. Investor and author supervision. It will be carried out by a team of investor supervision inspectors. The team will be selected in public procurement procedures. The team will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of the investment in accordance with the requirements of FEnIKS and the provisions of Polish law, with particular emphasis on the Construction Law. Total costs: PLN 69 000.00 Eligible costs: PLN 56 097.56 3. Information and promotion activities. as part of the promotion and information activities, the cost of 3 information and memorabilia boards, stickers for equipment and the cost of adapting the website to WACG standards is provided for. Total costs: PLN 11 316.00 Eligible costs: 0.00 PLN 4. Indirect costs (lump sum). Indirect costs will include:  overheads,  personnel costs,  costs of accounting services,  costs related to necessary expertise, legal advice, financial or technical advice,  costs incurred for foreign services necessary for the implementation of the project,  costs incurred for training for the beneficiary’s employees involved in the implementation of the project,  Fees charged on payment transactions (domestic or foreign);  Expenditure related to opening or maintaining a separate sub-account for the project on a payment account or a separate payment account.
