Priority programme "My Electricity"

Under the programme, support will be provided for grant projects concerning investments in the construction of new solar power and/or heat generation units consisting in the installation of photovoltaic cells on residential buildings or on the plot of land on which a residential building is located for the Applicants' own needs. The main objective of the project is to support RES installations for the production of electricity by natural persons in residential buildings. Co-financing from the My Current Programme will concern the purchase and installation of photovoltaic micro-installations with an installed electrical capacity of 2 kW to 10 kW, serving the needs of existing residential buildings. Specific objectives: increasing the production of electricity from photovoltaic micro-installations in Poland; enabling storage of electricity produced from PV installations (electricity/heat storage); enabling the purchase and installation of heat pumps increasing the share of RES in final energy consumption; increasing the efficiency of the management of electricity produced; enabling the storage of electricity produced from PV installations (solar collectors). The project is implemented on the basis of a grant project in which the NFOŚiGW is the Beneficiary of the grant project providing co-financing to the final grantee. Final grantees are natural persons generating electricity for their own needs, who have concluded a comprehensive agreement regulating issues related to the introduction of electricity generated in micro-installations into the network. The issues of selecting final grantees of the My Current Priority Programme - through an open call - are clearly defined and uniform for all Beneficiaries, at the same time constituting the arrangements between the Beneficiary of the grant project (NFOŚiGW) and the final grantee. The issues of selecting the final grantees of the My Current Priority Programme - through an open call - are clearly defined and uniform for all Beneficiaries. The Project indicates the period of eligibility of expenditure for the Project Beneficiary, while the period of eligibility for the Final Grantees is defined in the programming documents. Programming documents and other useful information on the implementation of the program are available at www.mojprad.gov.pl. The project is of an equal nature, it is addressed to all end recipients who meet the conditions of the My Electricity Programme, ensuring equal access to resources and services within the project regardless of gender, race, ethnic origin, religion, belief, disability, age, sexual orientation. In addition, it should also be borne in mind that the implementation of the My Current Program is consistent with the principle of sustainable development, which assumes the reasonable management of available resources in such a way as to meet the needs of current and future generations. The use of renewable energy sources promotes resource efficiency, the reduction of emissions into the air, as well as the improvement of energy efficiency. The implementation of the My Current Programme and the results achieved thanks to it are consistent with the objectives of the European Union Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region and may affect the achievement of objectives from priority areas, such as energy or adaptation to climate change. The achievement of these priority objectives is influenced by an increase in the share of renewable energy sources in the energy mix, including support for self-consumption of electricity generated by PV installations. Information and promotion activities will be carried out on the occasion of activities organized by the Energy Advisory Project. The envisaged Project does not assume cooperation with partners from other countries. On the other hand, the project is complementary to other projects carried out abroad because it affects the balance of electricity generated from renewable energy sources in Poland's energy mix, and thus the EU.
