The scope of the project includes the construction of one power station GPZ 110/15kV Borek Wlkp. with connections on the WN and SN side. This station will be part of the distribution network at 110 kV, on which the transformation of electricity to 15 kV takes place. The planned scope of work includes: Zad. 1, of which: 1. Project documentation 2. Construction of the Borek Wlkp. power station: a. Installation of switchgear WN 110 kV b. Installation of switchgear SN-15 kV (16 fields) c. Installation of a power transformer station for a transformer with a capacity of 25 MVA 1 pcs. together with a transformer with a capacity of 10 MVA d. Grounding unit ZU1 and ZU2 e. Battery of parallel capacitors f. Secondary circuits g. Positions of own needs h. installation of infrastructure in the field of security and telemechanics and. installation of infrastructure in the field of communication, j. measuring systems, k. Object protection system, l. Building, water supply and sanitation, drainage of rainwater, fencing, roads, outdoor lighting. 3. Construction of SN-15 kV cable links with the existing 7,147 km long network (the length of the line results from the design documentation and their final value may change after the completion of the works, which will be reflected in the as-built documentation), 4. Construction of the 110 kV overhead line and the Gostyń-Borek Wlkp. fibre optic link supplying the 110/15 GPZ Borek Wlkp. station with a length of 14,373 km (the length of the line results from the design documentation and their final value may change after completion of the works, which will be reflected in the as-built documentation). 5. Addition of a linear field for Borek station in 110 kV WN switchgear in GPZ Gostyń. Zad. 2 Settlement of land rights Zad. 3 Actions info.-promo. Section 3.1.3 of the Feasibility Study describes, for each task, the problems and needs that determined the implementation of the Project. Turnkey project, i.e. design and execution. The contract with the contractor Eltel Networks Energetyka S.A. was signed on 07.01.2020. The Contractor was selected in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law in an open tender procedure. On 11 August 2023, the construction site was handed over. On 5 December 2023, the Company purchased plot No 827 with an area of 0.5841 ha, on which the 110/15 kV station will be located. The project has a set of decisions necessary for the implementation of the investment, required by the Construction Law. The direct objective of the Project is to support the integration of RES into the power grid through the development of intelligent power systems in the area of impact of the Project. Benefits of the Project: a) improving the technical condition and expansion of the electricity infrastructure ensuring the reliability of energy supplies for 1 387 customers located in the area of impact of the Project, b) increasing the efficiency of electricity supply by reducing energy losses, c) improving the investment attractiveness of the municipality of Borek Wlkp., where the Project is implemented, d) ensuring energy security for the economy - thanks to the implementation of the Project and increasing the connection potential for RES sources in the amount of approx. 5.48 MW will allow a greater dispersion of energy sources (local sources of generation from renewable energy sources), which significantly affects the energy security of the economy, e) the widespread use of smart functionalities within distribution networks (so-called smart grid) - thanks to the functionalities included in the Project 7, f) a decrease in estimated annual greenhouse gas emissions, g) support for the development of electromobility of public transport in the urban-rural commune and charging points for electric vehicles on national and provincial roads. The Applicant intends to carry out information and promotion activities for the Project in accordance with the instructions of the Manual of the Applicant and Beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion.
