Security screening is part of civil aviation security. Currently operating in PL Poznań-Ławica Central Security Control Zone is based on older devices in the CB2 standard. Equipment and devices used to control the safety of goods and passengers need to be replaced in connection with many years of use and increasing wear and tear, in order to ensure current security standards. Increased failure of existing equipment reduces the efficiency of the airport operation, as well as may increase maintenance costs. Another negative effect is the reduced comfort of passengers due to the prolonged duration of checks on persons and luggage. The CB3 scanners planned for purchase are devices that eliminate the need to remove electronics and liquids from hand luggage, increase bandwidth and reduce the waiting time for security checks. They enable real-time diagnostics and more effective interpretation of the threat image scan. The main objective of the project entitled "Increasing the capabilities of security checks PL Poznań-Ławica" is to increase the capabilities and standards of protection of passengers and goods at the airport and thereby increase the safety of passengers (KRYT. spec./rank. nr 1). The specific objectives are: - shortening the waiting time for a security check - adapting the diagnostic capabilities of security check devices to current potential threats. In order to achieve the above objectives, the material scope of the Project was developed, i.e. the purchase of: - 6 x-ray scanners for security check in stand. CB3 and 6 lines for Standard III x-ray scanners – ZAD. 1 - 6 explosive trace detection devices - ZAD. 2 - 3 security scanner – ZAD. 3 - 6 gates Walk Through Metal Detector – ZAD. 4 - 6 shoe detectors – ZAD. 5 - Inf./prom. activities -ZAD. 6 ZAD.1-6 is divided into sub-stages: 1. preparation of the task 2. launching the tender procedure (announcement/question) 3. signing the contract with the contractor 4. implementation of the contract 5. completion of the implementation (final protocol). PL Poznań has all the documentation necessary to launch the procurement procedure in the project. (pursuant to the PZP/wewn. Instructions), as follows: • the total value of project orders amounts to PLN 30.38 million (net); • the value of contracts for which PL Poznań has full documentation necessary to launch a procurement procedure amounts to PLN 28.46 million (net); • 94% FEnIKS specific/ranking criteria coefficient (CRYT. 2). Experienced staff of the PL Poznań-Ławica sp. z o.o. procurement team will ensure efficient implementation of tender procedures. The scope of the project is in line with the assumptions/objectives: a) FEnIKS Programme/Priority IV/Purpose detail. 3.1 Development of a climate-resilient (...) TEN-T.
