Increasing the efficiency of PL Poznań equipment in the field of safety of the airport's operating zone

The equipment currently owned by PL Poznań-Ławica shows signs of significant wear and tear and requires greater effort and budget in terms of maintaining the ability to perform tasks. Purchasing purifiers, sweepers for cleaning on aprons, taxiways and runways in all-season conditions is necessary to ensure the safety of air operations in the manoeuvring area on an ongoing basis. The implementation of the Project will have an impact on solving the above-mentioned problems regarding the provision of the necessary standards in the field of security of part of the Port's operating zone. Thanks to the project, FEnIKS funds, the entity will receive new devices that will improve both the efficiency of work (e.g. through state-of-the-art technical solutions), as well as increase the reliability/comfort of airport employees. The main objective of the project "Increasing the efficiency of PL Poznań equipment in the field of airside safety" is to purchase and replace existing equipment used to maintain the airport and thus increase the efficiency of airport services in order to ensure the necessary airside safety standards (KRYT. spec. ranking no. 1). The objectives of the detail. are: - ensuring that the airport surfaces are maintained in a condition enabling the smooth operation of the Port - and increasing the reliability and comfort of the Port's employees. In order to achieve the above objectives, the material scope of the Project was developed, i.e. the purchase of: - 2 aerodrome treatment plants - ZAD.1 - 2 treatment plants (cleaning plants with tractor units) - ZAD. 2 - 1 airport sweeper - ZAD. 3 - 1 friction tester - ZAD. 4 - operation of the ferry. Inf. – ZAD. 5 of ZAD. 1-5 are divided into sub-stages: 1. preparation of tasks 2. launching the tender procedure (announcement/question) 3. signing the contract with the contractor 4. implementation of the contract 5. completion of the implementation (final protocol). PL Poznań has all the documentation necessary to initiate progress. for the award of the contract in the project (in accordance with the PZP/wewn. Instructions), as follows: • the total value of project orders is PLN 11 204 000 net; • worth of contracts (ZAD.1 and 4), for which PL Poznań has all the documentation necessary to initiate progress. the contract award is PLN 4 600 000 net; • value of the coefficient according to CRYT. specific, ranking actions 4.3 FEnIKS at 41% (CRYT. no. 2). Experienced staff of the PL Poznań-Ławica Procurement Team will ensure efficient implementation of tender procedures. The scope of the project is in line with the assumptions/objectives: a) FEnIKS Programme/Priority IV/Purpose of particulars. 3.1 Development of a climate-resilient (...) TEN-T. Objective 3.1 FEnIKS identifies a challenge for the Polish aviation sector related to ensuring service standards in accordance with air traffic safety and security requirements, as well as reducing the impact of aviation activities on the environment. This objective provides for TEN-T support: roads, railways, air transport. In the aviation sector, among others, security, safety and air traffic management systems for existing regional airports will be financed (according to Art. 2(153) of Reg. EU 651/2014) in the TEN-T network. The project meets the requirements of the above-mentioned objective by increasing the efficiency of PL Poznań's equipment in terms of safety and the necessary standards in the airside zone of the Port. b) SZOP FEnIKS/Measure FENX.04.03/Purpose in detail.
