The project involving the implementation of a new entry to the restricted area of Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport with accompanying infrastructure aims to improve safety in the field of freight, passenger traffic, rescue and operational services, which is part of the objective of support in improving security in the area of passenger and freight traffic handling. The project will be implemented in two stages: The first-project phase includes: 1. preparation of design documentation, 2. obtaining the necessary consents, permits, administrative decisions, including building permit decisions and/or ZRIL decisions. Second stage - execution of construction works including supervision of works and construction: 1. airport security service building, 2. vehicle control locks, 3. shelters over the vehicle control lock, 4. storage and goods control building, 5. access roads, parking spaces, pavements and reconstruction of roads and internal squares, 6. necessary sanitary, electrical, IT, CCTV, SKWiN, SSP installations, access control system, monitoring installations, control installations, including the purchase of X-ray equipment for inspection, people, luggage, cargo. The implementation of the Project for the construction of a new entrance to the reserved area of Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport along with the accompanying infrastructure is part of the main objectives of the program, including improving the country's development conditions by building technical and social infrastructure in accordance with the assumptions of sustainable development. The implemented project will contribute to: a) building an efficient and resilient infrastructure system with the lowest possible negative impact on the environment by using, among others, existing road system facilities subject to partial reconstruction, b) decarbonisation of harmful substances to the environment by reducing the waiting time for vehicles to enter and leave the Port, c) improving transport safety at the airport by diversifying traffic points (separation of freight and passenger traffic). When implementing the Project, the planned solutions will ensure an increase in the energy efficiency of cubature buildings. In addition, in order to increase the share of green energy, heating of facilities with heat pumps and the use of electricity from a photovoltaic installation will be implemented. In addition, all rainwater from the planned investment will be discharged to the rainwater sewer after their prior undertreatment in order to obtain the appropriate parameters. In view of the above, the project is part of the improvement of the safety of the TEN-T network through the construction of facilities and the purchase of equipment directly used to improve the safety of air operations in the airside area - description of action FENX.04.03 ‘Aviation infrastructure in TEN-T’, Detailed Description of the Priorities of the FEnIKŚ Programme 2021-2027. At the stage of submitting the application, the beneficiary does not have a construction decision and does not have a regulated right to dispose of real estate for construction purposes for all plots, but its main element, which is a set of new entry facilities, will be located on plots to which the beneficiary has the right to dispose for construction purposes, which makes it possible to obtain a first construction decision in this respect. The ‘build’ project will be located on the northern side of the airport, in its central part, on plots located in Jasionka, Trzebownisko: a) plots 1867/243 and 1867/77 - property of the Ordering Party, b) plots 1867/49 and 1867/265 - perpetual usufruct of the Ordering Party, c) plot 1867/331 located in the road lane of the DW869 road - property of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, permanent management of PZDW Rzeszów.
