National training in the field of traffic organization on local government roads in the aspect of road safety

The project assumes the implementation of nationwide trainings in the field of traffic organization on local government roads in the aspect of road safety. Trainings in the above-mentioned scope will be dedicated to representatives of management and lower-level bodies managing traffic on provincial, district and municipal roads and designers of these organizations. The scope of the training will address the causes of accidents occurring in a given voivodship. Due to the responsibility of road managers to raise safety standards on the road and its surroundings using, among others, equipment and engineering solutions improving the safety of road users, it becomes necessary to "equip" this group with tools in the form of information on the use of the latest solutions and guidelines in this matter. The planned effect to be achieved will be to increase the safety of all road users by training qualified staff of road managers who take care of the quality of road infrastructure and the safety of its use. The project aims to improve RBD investments, which include infrastructure investments, including the TEN-T (engineering) network managed by local government units, as well as projects covering the entire national road network. Taking into account the substantive scope of the project, it should be concluded that the project pursues the objective of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Programme 2021-2027 (FEnIKS), which contributes to sustainable development and improvement of sustainable, climate-resilient, intelligent and intermodal mobility at national, regional and local level, including improving access to TEN-T and cross-border mobility supported by actions for economic, social and territorial cohesion. The project aims to improve the state of road safety, which includes all road users. It should be noted that the estimated cost of 100% of the total value of the project directly contributes to the achievement of the above-mentioned objectives.
