e-Assistant Energy and Environmental Auditor - Industrial Research and Experimental Development in the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Energy and Environmental Assessments of Residential Buildings in Europe The project assumes industrial research and experimental development works to develop a conversational system using the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI) to simplify, streamline and automate the process of performing energy audits of residential properties (buildings and premises). The project includes: 1. industrial research on the assessment of the potential of various LLM (large language model) models for applications in the executive processes of energy and environmental audits 2. industrial research on the programming and fine-tuning of the selected LLM to collect data on the energy parameters of residential buildings for the purpose of performing an energy audit 3. industrial research on the use of artificial intelligence in a conversational system, aimed at supporting energy audits of residential buildings, thanks to which artificial intelligence mechanisms will conduct a dialogue in natural language with the user (targeted property owner) to ask and collect the appropriate - most likely - data on energy parameters. (they will ensure the purpose of such conversation and collection of valuable information). Experimental development work on refining the prototype of the conversational system developed as part of industrial research to the form of an e-Assistant energy auditor, demonstration activities on various scenarios and validation of a new service in an environment constituting a model of real-life conditions (controlled testing of the tool for real-life residential real estate cases). The implementation of the project is planned in cooperation with the R&D sector unit and based on the Applicant's research staff. The effects of the project will introduce product innovation and business innovation and will serve to radically increase the dynamics of developing the characteristics of residential buildings at the scale of the European Union.share on FacebookTwitterLinkedinEmailreport an issue
