Purchase of R&D infrastructure and development of a system for removing residual bulk materials in high temperature conditions by Radosław Wietrzyk PPHU Techmont

The subject of the project is to equip the R&D Department with the necessary technical infrastructure and carry out research and development works aimed at developing a world-wide innovative technology of pneumatic rotary firing system in the full angle range, using air or other gas as an active agent to remove residual loose materials integrated hybridly with the electrostatic assistance system. A full angle pneumatic rotary firing system using air or other gas as an active agent to remove residual bulk materials integrated hybridly with an electrostatic assistance system. The technology will operate at high temperatures, enabling the release of energy in the form of an energy wave with a specific characteristic that helps to remove from the rise chamber the remaining loose materials that settle on the walls forming overgrowths, overhangs, vertical walls and vaults blocking the free flow of the working mass. By using a pulsator solution in the form of an arrow, which has the ability after each declared sudden release of gas through the implementation of a control algorithm or manually change the angle of energy wave release by a certain range conditioned by the design. The process of changing angles will occur in a full 360-degree range automatically every specified angle . The cycle will be repeated from the beginning throughout the period of continuous work. The entire cycle of passing the full angle in a specific time unit will depend on the time needed to refill the tank as the minimum time needed for the next shot or break between releases emptying the tank depend. The nozzle will be selected in such a way as to achieve the smallest possible energy loss when directing the gas stream affecting the deposit of loose materials. The nozzle will be formed in such a way as to obtain the greatest possible energy transferred to the deposit, which will depend on the temperature and pressure between the inlet and outlet of the nozzle. Innovation is global - confirmed by the opinion of an independent scientist. The project includes: equipping the R&D department of the Applicant with the necessary equipment; -carrying out 4 research stages.
