The project concerns the design and construction, based on a functional and utility program, of a passive public building in Świercz, in which a kindergarten and a rural cultural center will be located. The newly built building will have an EPh+W heat demand of no more than 15 kWh/m2/year. The demand for primary energy, which serves the heating of water or the operation of household appliances and other new buildings, does not exceed 120 kWh/m2/year and EP ≤ EPWT2023. The building will be built in Świercze, in the municipality of Olesno. The designed building area will be approx. 500 m2, a single-storey building is designed. The building will use RES solutions as a source of heat/cool, a source of water heating and as a source of electricity generation. Shading system and cooling system will be used, automatic temperature control, monitoring of heat and electricity consumption, energy-saving A++ class lighting will be used. Full accessibility to the building will be ensured, based on the concept of universal design. Educational activities concerning the promotion of passive construction will also be carried out.
