The subject of the planned investment is the construction of a kindergarten branch at the Public Primary School in Staniszczach Wielkie at 4 Jana Pawła II Street, on plot No. 205/4. The project of building a kindergarten assumes the creation of a new kindergarten education facility along with land development. The new kindergarten building will meet the standards of a passive building with a heat demand of EPh+W of no more than 15 kWh/m2/year. The project is in line with the assumptions of the program, one of the priorities of which is to support projects related to the construction of passive buildings. The investment aims to create a modern, energy-efficient facility that minimizes energy consumption for heating, cooling and lighting. As part of the project, the building was designed in a passive standard, one-storey without basement, covered with a flat roof with a 3° drop, a green roof was designed, extensive with insulation. The solid of the building is a cuboid on a rectangular plan with dimensions of 10.90 m x 17.72 m (dimensions without risalite and vestibule). The following scope of works is planned: − earthworks under the foundation slab, − formwork, reinforcement and concreting of the foundation slab, − dumping of excavations, − laying the level of sanitary sewerage under the ground floor, − laying a layer of lean concrete, − making walls in the ground floor level, − assembling the roof structure, − assembling layers of the green roof, − assembling window and door joinery, − making connections to the building - water, sanitary sewerage and electricity, − making internal installations, − floor works, − painting and cladding works, − white installation of sanitary fittings and electrical equipment, − insulation of external walls, − hardening of the access surface and access to the building, − development and arrangement of the area around the building. The building's energy and heat supply system will use RES. The heat source will be a heat pump for hot water together with hot water and mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery and ground heat exchanger. The heat pump and ventilation unit will be powered by a photovoltaic installation with a power of at least 15.3 kWp. The heating system will be made in the form of underfloor heating and will be equipped with thermostatic valves allowing to maintain the required, calculated temperature in the rooms and automatic control of the heat pump.
