Protection of biodiversity of the south-eastern part of the North Opole Subregion

As part of the project, it is planned to implement actions aimed at strengthening the mechanisms for the protection of biodiversity in the south-eastern part of the North Opole Subregion, including improving the conservation status of ecosystems and species, including by: creation of 2 new nature reserves: Kozłowickie Grądy and Osieczańskie Modrzewie, together with the preparation of documentation for the establishment of protection plans for the above-mentioned reserves and marking their borders, performance of tasks relating to the improvement of the conservation status of protected insect species, mainly beetles and bumblebees, including through the creation of conservation cultivation of weeds in Świercz together with the implementation of shelters for insects and actions to improve the status of protected insects, combating invasive species - cuttlefish tawły in Bodzanowice, implementation of ecological education activities along with the implementation of the infrastructure of the education site at the Kamieniec nature reserve and at the Szumirad Natura 2000 site. The product of the project will be support for protected insect species, 2 nature reserves, elements of nature education infrastructure will be built, promotional tasks will be implemented.
