Promote gender-balanced labour market participation, equal working conditions and a better work-life balance. Social and professional activation of 82 people (67 women, 15 men - including 8 people with disabilities) unemployed, long-term unemployed, inactive, learning and working, with a particular focus on women from small towns, by improving access to employment. Direct support through group training with a coach, group support, individual consultations with a lawyer/psychologist and/or a professional advisor. The subject of training and individual consultations is to combine issues that will allow women (and not only) to work out a balance between work and private life. Classes are supposed to contribute to improving employment conditions or taking up a professional job. Issues of equality between women and men will be addressed in the context of the applicable legal provisions in Poland; conditions and basic legal regulations in the field of equality policy of the European Union; combating gender stereotypes and prejudices; discrimination on grounds of sex; basic concepts relating to equality between women and men; economic and social consequences. It will be important to organise support to help change attitudes in job search, especially for the unemployed. An online campaign encouraging entrepreneurs to promote the principles of non-discrimination and support women returning to the labour market will help to acquire and expand knowledge on these topics. Relations and videos prepared in a minimum of 10 companies wanting to show off the right approach to employees will be presented on YouTube and via the website of the Opole Chamber of Commerce - in all available media (website, social media), so that they reach as many recipients as possible, especially entrepreneurs whom the Chamber associates. The Opole Business Forum reaches 10,000 recipients, so it will allow you to reach a wide range of them. The aim of the campaign is to achieve social dialogue in equal opportunities for women and men on the labour market. Helping the participant in the project to take part in the project by providing childcare (48 children in total) during the course, reimbursement of travel costs, provision of food - all this is to allow you to fully devote yourself to participation in the program. The aim of the program is to ensure full accessibility to all those willing to take part in the project, without any discrimination. The assumption of the project is compliance with: 142 - Measures to promote female labour market participation and reduce gender segregation in the labour market. Abbreviations used in the project: OIG - Opole Chamber of Commerce.
