The project aimed at improving the quality of inclusive pre-school education in the Municipality of Kluczbork will be implemented in the period from 01.12.2024 to 31.12.2026 per ter. The Northern Subregion. The recipients, in accordance with the Competition Rules, are entities which have their registered office in Op. and persons who study/work and/or live in Op. The aim of the project is to improve children's educational opportunities and their better preparation for further education and later professional work. To achieve this, it is necessary to expand the offer of pre-school education centers with new, attractive forms of classes developing interests, increasing key and transferable competences, including the introduction of vocational pre-orientation to pre-school education. Support shall be specifically targeted at disadvantaged children with disabilities or other special educational needs, including migrants, children from families with an established entitlement to family allowances or allowances, children in foster care. At the same time, the project will be implemented in the strategic intervention area of Kluczbork, which is a medium-sized city losing its socio-economic functions and therefore all our beneficiaries are disadvantaged. The project was created on the basis of diagnoses, analyses and interviews with PLO staff and parents of preschool children. The diagnosis – both with regard to the needs of the PLO and the level of preparation of teachers to meet the needs of pre-school children, as well as to the extent related to the needs of the children themselves – was approved by the Prow. Ped-psych assistance activities have been planned closely in conjunction with recommendations from rulings and opinions, and interest-building and competence-raising activities for children concern those areas that are crucial for development: shaping creativity, the ability to observe and infer, implementing to new technologies and related to entrepreneurship and professional pre-orientation (the model of work will be implemented within the POWER project). Participating in our project. Partner, one of the Volunteer Fire Brigades in Kuniów, Keybork kindergartens will undergo a special course of pre-medical assistance, which will make them grow up as more responsible and empathetic citizens. According to the diagnosis, the pre-school staff needs support both in the area of special education and in acquiring the skills of modern pre-school teaching based on digital technologies and creative activities. The organisation of professional development specialists will be provided in the project by a second partner, a non-public Optima continuing education institution. The project responds to the challenges in the area of equality K and M. While meeting the needs of children in the PLO is not influenced by the difference in pays, and therefore activities will not be differentiated, in the context of support for parents, the project promoter will conduct an information campaign in which it will promote the participation of men in childcare. Among the PLO staff in G. Kluczbork there is not 100% feminisation, because one male teacher is employed. Also in this situation, there is no need to apply affirmative actions, because the situation of the teacher in the square. is very good and his career development plans. have been included in the support plan for teachers under this project. During the implementation of the project, gender-sensitive language, inclusive language will be used, and at the same time in some contacts, e.g. with migrants, it will be a simple language, and in other situations we will provide the necessary communication facilities for parents with disabilities. The analysis of children’s needs with regard to disability and SPE has been carried out in a way that respects the privacy and confidentiality of sensitive data. The implementation of therapist and additional classes, expanding interest and raising the comp. will be conducted by qualified staff of our PLO, which increases the credibility of support in the eyes of parents of children.
