The project responds to the needs of the Applicant and Partner in terms of family support and foster care. An in-depth analysis of the needs for social services, problems initially qualified for family support, an analysis of their social, material and personal situation was prepared in writing (as of XI 2023) and allowed for a complex of forms of support for families at risk of caregiver dysfunction, exclude social or stigmatization; in accordance with the scope of services, set out in the Act of 9 June 2011 on family support and the foster care system. In addition - the analysis of the region and the topic area for support pointed to the low saturation of services, including high-quality services of general interest. The results of nationwide research show that in the Prudnicki district there is the largest number of children who go to the families of Zast. This is due to the fact that young people who go to work abroad or settle outside Prudnik indicate to the Court as a place you know your children in the family of zast grandparents of children living in Prudnik. 60% of all foster families in the Prudnicki district are related families, i.e. 50% of children born in the Prudnicki district are qualified in these families. Grandparents have low skills and foster families are at risk of inheriting dysfunction. An additional analysis indicates the need to support families who are experiencing caring problems. The diagnosis of the community shows that in the district there is a huge need for programs that increase the competence of the community of residents who are willing to participate in them. Support will be provided to families with children surviving caregivers (32 people, including K=18, M=14), staff working in the area of social services. (8 pers., including K=7, M=1) and candidates for the function of a foster family, birthplace or prow. family-type care and education institution and a member of their families (6 pers., including K=4, M=2) - these will be natural persons living in Roz. C.C. and/or working and/or studying in the sub-region of the South. The project provides support for families with children living through caring problems in the form of meetings aimed at exchanging cases and preventing isolation, called support groups or self-help groups and support in the field of educator. psychologist, therapy (including addiction therapy) and mediation. Additional support will be provided for the care system in the Prudnicki district, by equipping rooms for meetings with parents, biologist, schools for candidates for foster families, support for foster families by providing care (assistants) and promotion of the foster care system by means of a care mat. As part of the project, we will also support the staff of the department in the area of social services through a special school and sign language learning, in order to ensure access to services. The main result of the project is the support of families with children to survive. care problems and support and promotion of the foster care system. As part of the project, depending on individual needs, support will be provided, e.g. delivery to places provide services to a person, you will find an area where there are no funk or funk in the scope of public / non-public transport. The support offered in the project will be available to individual needs, potential and personal pref. recipients of these services, especially in the case of people with disabilities. The project is implemented in a two-sect partnership. Services in the project will be a witness in the studio. – this must be understood as meaning that social or health services enable children to live in the family or in the care of their families. Project services will prevent wasps from being isolated from the family and will help maintain birth ties. These are services provided in the following ways: a) individualized (access to the needs and capabilities of the individual); b) allow the recipients of these services to control their lives and the decisions that affect them. (in terms of supporting children, take their opinions into account); c) ensure that the recipients of the services are not isolated from the public or forced to live together; d) ensuring that the requirements of the organization do not take precedence over the individual needs of the person benefiting from it.
