The project covered the area of Głubczycki. The aim of the project is to increase access to social services. (US) and a deinstitutionalized long-term op., provided in the Głubczyce area for elderly people, including those with disabilities and in need of support in everyday functioning. The need to implement the project results from the situation of the demographer in the Opole province, i.e. an increase in the number of people > 60 years of life, including those at risk of poverty or social exclusion and/or with disabilities. According to the data of the Central Statistical Office (GUS) on dz. On 31 December 2022, in the area of Głubczyce, the number of people aged 65 and over was 9381, and the greater number was K-58.99%, of which 4615 people lived in cities, and according to the GUS forecast for 2030, this number will increase. Some of these people live alone. In addition, in accordance with Resolution No LI/331/2023 of the GŁUBCZYCY AVIATION COUNCIL of 9 March 2023 on the adoption of the ‘District Action Programme for Disabled Persons in Głubczyce County for the years 2023-2028’, according to data from the 2011 National Census of Population and Housing, the total number of disabled persons at the end of March 2011 was approximately 4.7 million (4697,0 thousand to be exact). Thus, the number of people with disabilities in Poland accounted for 12.2% of the country's population. According to the above-mentioned document, most of these people need support in everyday functioning in the place of residence. Hence, the project established HOUSEHOLD CARE (OD) for dependent elderly people, i.e. those in need of support in everyday functioning, which will take the form of SERVICES. CAREERS and persons with disabilities in the form of SERVICES. ASSISTANTS. It is a solution thanks to which older people in need of support in everyday functioning and people with disabilities in need of support in everyday functioning will be able to benefit from assistance provided in the place of residence by qualified and/or experienced people - in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving ESF+ funds in the 2021-2027 programmes. According to the data published on the website: www.rownoscplci.pl/strona-glowna,law-a-equality-gender,poverty-retirement-women,99.html, currently, despite the removal of most legal barriers in pension systems themselves, women still receive significantly lower benefits than men and are at risk of poverty and social exclusion in old age (equality barrier). The project, on the other hand, will be conducive to achieving real, real equal opportunities for K and M. Taking into account the results of the demographer for the Głubczycki district, support is planned for 30 people, including 18K and 12M, who at the stage of qualifying for the project will receive 0-80 points according to the Barthel Scale. It will be a physical person in the mind. KC and/or working and/or learning in the area of Głubczyce. Services will be provided in the local community, enabling elderly people and people with disabilities to live independently in the local environment. These services will prevent the isolation of the person from the family or local community and enable family and neighbourly ties to be maintained. These will be services provided in the following ways: a) individualized (adapted to the needs and capabilities of a given person) - these needs will be determined at the recruitment stage (in the recruitment form); enabling the recipients of these services to control their lives and decisions affecting them; ensuring that recipients of services are not isolated from the general public or forced to live together; d) ensuring that organizational requirements do not take precedence over the individual needs of the person using it. The following people are preferred for support under the project: a) severely or moderately disabled, b)with a conjugate disability, c) benefiting from the FE PAN 2021-2027; d) living alone - the above provisions will be specified in the regulations. Planned results: an increase in the number of places of service in the local community and an increase in the number of persons covered by services provided in the local community.
