The project assumes carrying out research and development works in the R&D department of PROMOTECH Sp. z o.o. aimed at creating a prototype of an innovative device for automatic rounding of the corners of sheet metal and steel structure elements by means of envelope treatment. The need to start research on the use of the envelope working method for the sheet metal edge machining process arose as a result of observing the work of operators performing the operation of rounding edges in a manual manner. The enveloping device is not available among the devices produced by PROMOTECH's direct and indirect competitors in the sheet metal processing equipment segment. As regards the implementation of the project, it is envisaged to finance the remuneration of the members of the research group, the purchase of materials for the production and testing of the prototype, conducting the EMC study, financing the costs of patent processes. The result of the research work will be the construction of a prototype of the device, based on the research stages carried out, i.e. the development of documentation of the milling unit, the development of documentation of the trolley, minimizing typical problems in the machining process, the development of controls and elements ensuring the safety of use of the device, ultimately the execution and conduction of prototype tests. As regards the implementation of promotional activities in projects co-financed from EU funds, the Applicant will comply with the provisions of documents specifying the requirements for information and promotion activities. In order to inform the public (including recipients of project results) and persons and entities participating in the project about the funding received, the company will mark all information and promotion activities concerning the project with the European Funds, the colours of the Republic of Poland and the EU sign, i.e. publications, press releases, websites, all documents related to the implementation of the project made public, such as tender documentation, announcements, analyses, model contracts, documents and materials for persons and entities participating in the project. An information and memorial board will be placed on the project site, which will be permanently placed in a visible place. The plaque will be displayed from the beginning of the project implementation at least throughout the lifetime of the project. In addition, on the company's website in the tab on EU funding, a description of the project will be posted along with its objectives, planned effects, the value of the project, the contribution of European Funds. Documentation on information and promotion activities undertaken as part of the project promotion will be kept for a period of 5 years from the end of the project implementation. The total cost of the project is PLN 1,118,885.00, Co-financing PLN 616,833.99, Own contribution PLN 502,051.01.
