The project entitled The ‘Economic promotion of SMEs – Podlaskie Exporter’s Centre’ will be implemented in partnership, in accordance with the Act on the rules for the implementation of tasks financed from European funds in the 2021-2027 financial perspective of 28 April 2022. On 13 September 2023, a partnership agreement was concluded for the implementation of the project in question. Podlaskie Voivodship is the Project Leader, while the Project Partner is a Consortium concluded between three business environment institutions, i.e.: Podlasie Regional Development Foundation (Leading Consortium Partner), Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Podlasie Business Club. The aim of the project is to comprehensively support the export activity of SMEs from the Podlaskie Voivodeship. The project activities are aimed at supporting entrepreneurs interested in expanding their existing export activities, as well as entities that do not yet have experience in exporting their products or services to foreign markets. The support will be provided to representatives of leading sectors of the economy, important from the perspective of innovative development of the voivodship, including the area of Regional Smart Specializations (RIS). Enabling entrepreneurs to participate in economic promotion events (missions, fairs as both a visitor and an exhibitor) and providing access to advisory services in the planning and implementation of export activities will contribute to the internationalization of Podlasie companies, increase the competitiveness of their products and services and the economic development of the cooperation network. Activities supporting international trade cooperation of SMEs in Podlasie will be implemented through the following tasks: OBJECTIVE 1 - EXPORTER'S WINDOW AND EXPORT SERVICES, OBJECTIVE 2 - SEMINARS, OBJECTIVE 3 - ECONOMIC MISSIONS AND FAIRS, OBJECTIVE 4 - GRANTS.
