The subject of the project is the construction or expansion of electricity storage facilities improving the efficiency of the use of energy from RES for the needs of residential buildings located in the Dąbrowa Białostocka Commune. The project will be implemented by the Municipality of Dąbrowa Białostocka, which, after receiving funding, will become the institution organizing the grant competition (Grantor) for the residents of the municipality (Grantees). The main objective of the project is to improve the efficiency of energy use from RES through the construction of electricity storage facilities. The specific objectives of the project are: • increasing energy independence from grid energy supply; • increase efficiency and save energy by storing energy at times when its costs are lower and then using it at times when energy prices are higher; • shaping the environmental awareness of the inhabitants of the commune; • reducing the consumption and costs of energy used by consumers. Due to the non-commercial nature of the project, it is not covered by public aid. The target recipients of the project will be the residents of the municipality. As part of the project, 42 electricity storage facilities with a total capacity of 680 kWh and for residential buildings will be installed. The project budget was estimated on the basis of: - unit rate of PLN 6000 per 1 kWh for electricity storage, - 5% of the value of direct costs in the case of indirect costs, - offers in the case of costs of educational activities. The eligible costs of the project include: On the Grantees' side: - electricity storage facilities adapted to the amount of electricity produced in the photovoltaic installation, - inverters enabling the connection of the energy storage facility. On the part of the grantor: expenditure on education and information measures, (b) expenditure on operating the grant project (indirect costs). VAT is an eligible cost in the project.
