Łapy - Roszki Wodźki - Wysokie Mazowieckie - construction and extension of provincial roads No. 681 No. 682 and 678 together with road engineering facilities and the necessary technical infrastructure and construction of 4 bypasses

The project ‘Łapy - Roszki Wodźki - Wysokie Mazowieckie - construction and extension of provincial roads Nos 681, 682 and 678 together with road engineering facilities and the necessary technical infrastructure and the construction of 4 bypasses’ includes an investment on road sections with a length of 25,283 km in the scope of: 1) DW 681 from km 0+000 to km 7+595 of the construction of the bypass of Roszki Wodźka, the extension of the provincial road on the further route to the beginning of the planned bypass of Łap and the construction of part of the bypass of Łap to be connected to the current route of DW 681 in the area of the western border of the city, 2) DW 682 from km 0+082.7 to km 2+750 of the construction of part of the bypass of Łap from the new route of DW 681 to the intersection with the current route of DW 682 at the eastern end of the city near the bridge over the row. Narew and entrance from Białystok, 3) DW 678 from km rob. 0+000 to km rob. 0+100 construction and extension of DW 681 from km 31+942 to km 50+165 (beginning of the section in front of Wysokie Mazowiecki and in the city itself reconstructed in 2019-2021) excluding the section of the current passage through Sokoły from km 36+013 to km 39+315; the exclusion is dictated by the current construction of the bypass of this town and the fact that after its implementation the excluded section will be included in the category of district roads. The investment in the scope of DW 678 consists in the extension of the provincial road outside the construction sections along the new route on the planned bypasses of the towns of Mazury and Brok. Implementation of the task in connection with investments carried out under the OP Eastern Poland 2014-2020 and the Podlaskie ROP 2007-2013, consisting in the construction of a second roadway of provincial roads Nos 678 and 682 from Białystok (Kleosina) to Łap and their removal from a number of towns (the bypasses of Księżyna, Zalesian, Markowszczyzny, Turośni Dolna, Uhowa were built) will allow for much better faster more economic communication with Białystok of the largest urban centre (BOF) of the Białystok district - Łap, as well as Wysokie Mazowieckie, one of the most important district centres in the region. In pursuit of FEdP's objectives, a high-quality road line will be created connecting (BOF) Łapy, Wysokie Mazowieckie and its surroundings with the TEN-T network, which will allow convenient communication with the national road network and international transport corridors, creating (climate-resistant, compliant with the DNSH principle) an alternative connection with significantly improved road traffic levels (including increasing the safety of non-motorized traffic participants). The project does not cover the section of the passage through Sokoły during DW 678 from km 36+013 to km 39+315, as works are currently underway, which will result in the creation of a bypass of this village from the RFRD in 2024. The beneficiary has all the required final decisions on the permit for the implementation of the road investment issued by the Governor of Podlaskie Province and, after obtaining the co-financing, will launch a tender for the selection of contractors for the investment and start the implementation. As a result of the implementation of the investment, there will be significant changes in the course of the provincial roads between Wysokie Mazowiecka and Roszki Wodźki and in the area of Łap: a bypass of Roszki Wodźki will be created, the following will be built: after a new trail from M. Płonka - Strumianka to the Łap bypass, part of the Łap bypass within DW 681 bypassing the city from the north, the second part of the bypass from the end of the section DW 682 in the eastern part of the city, within DW 678 there will also be bypasses of the towns of Masuria and Brok. Among others, the following will be carried out: road works: bypasses, crossings pavement road pavements for bicycles acoustic screens green engineering objects, i.e. culverts; Tech infrastructure: rainwater drainage street lighting traffic lights tech channel and others. Commitments (including but not limited to: information boards placed directly on the construction site, documents, materials describing the project, information materials, websites www.pzdw.bialystok.pl, www. podlaskie.eu) in the field of promotion will be implemented in compliance with all requirements set out in the FEdP.
