The main goal is to improve the quality of life and increase the comfort of everyday functioning for people requiring support, by adapting the infrastructure to their needs. The goal will be achieved by providing support tailored to the individual needs of people in need and eliminating spatial and architectural barriers in their daily functioning. The project focuses on individual places of residence, it is primarily aimed at people requiring support in everyday functioning, including people with disabilities, chronically ill and the elderly. The project aims to respond to the growing demand of the local community for infrastructure adapted to the needs of the elderly, the sick and the disabled, which will contribute to the improvement of the quality of life and social integration of these groups of residents. The scope of the project includes the following elements: - Renovation with the necessary equipment of 23 housing units in the municipality of Dąbrowa Białostocka in order to adapt them to the needs of people requiring support in the daily functioning and elimination of architectural barriers. - Investor Supervision (Technical Coordinator). - Indirect costs: Project management, costs related to the evaluation of applications and administrative and office costs. The project is a grant project. Therefore, the detailed scopes of support for individual housing units will be determined at the stage of signing contracts with residents of the municipality (Grantees).
