The main objective of the project is to equalise opportunities on the labour market for 246 project participants (PO) (217K, 29M) and to increase awareness of the equal sharing of responsibilities between women and men among 286 UP (229 K, 57M) living in the Podlaskie Voivodeship, in municipalities falling within the scope of the Łomża subregion and 50 entities having their registered office/branch in this area by 31.03.2027. The project will be implemented in the period from 01.10.2024 to 31.03.2027. The main objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the following tasks, divided into 3 complementary stages: Task 1. Women’s psychological support – Phase 1, Zad. 2. Workshops on personal development, professional development and active job search for women – stage 1, Zad. 3. Vocational counselling and development of Individual Action Plans for the UP – Phase 2. 4. Psychological support for UP – Phase 2, Zad. 5. Workshops to develop social competences for UP – Phase 2, Task 6. Vocational courses and training to improve the competences and professional qualifications of the UP – Phase 2. 7. Traineeships for UP – Phase 2, Zad. 8. Professional and business consultancy, development and implementation of work-life balance programmes for companies – 3rd stage, Zad. 9. Organisation of 2 conferences to promote work-life balance and equal treatment for K and M – phase 3. Zad. 10 Organization of digital competence training for 50 UP (42K,8M) aged 18-29 years. The division of the project into 3rd stages is due to the fact that individual activities and support are directed to different GDs – stage 1. 197 UP (197K) aged 18 to 65, stage 2. 108 UP (79K+29M), including 59 UP(59K), which have already taken part in stage 1 and 49 UP (20K, 29M) unique, stage 3. 50 entities - enterprises, non-governmental org., employers' org. and trade unions), individual UPs who took part in stages 1 and 2, as well as 40 individual UPs unique so far. (12K, 28M). Support under the project will be granted only to POs – people and companies/institutions residing/having their headquarters/branch in Podlaskie Province in the Łomża subregion, i.e. the following districts: Mr Łomża, Mr Bielski, Mr Hajnowski, Mr Kolneński, Mr Łomża, Mr Siemiatycki, Mr Wysokimazowiecki and Mr Zambrowski. The main results of the project will be: - increasing social competences, interpersonal skills, self-presentation skills and competences in the field of moving around the labour market, and thus increasing self-confidence of 197 UP (197 K), by providing them with psychological support and the opportunity to participate in personal development workshops and workshops for professional development and active job search; - increasing the skills to move around the labour market, developing Individual Action Plans and increasing social competences. 108 UP (79K+29M) by providing them with the opportunity to participate in meetings with an occupational counsellor, psychological support, participation in personal development workshops; - acquisition of new professional competences and qualifications by 108 UP (79K+29M) and acquisition of new professional qualifications confirmed by an appropriate certificate by at least 44 UP (32K,12M) by providing them with the opportunity to participate in trainings and courses tailored to individual needs and predispositions; - gaining new experience at 35 UP (25K, 10M) by providing them with the opportunity to perform professional internships with local employers, - creating and implementing in 2 companies from the Łomża subregion programmes on the scope of reconciling professional and private life for companies, by supporting them in project. by an experienced business and professional advisor; - disseminating solutions in the field of reconciliation of professional and private life and equal treatment of women and men, including through equal sharing of care and educational responsibilities for children and care for people in need of support in everyday functioning among 286 individual UP and 50 entities from the Łomża subregion.
