The project is aimed at employees and managers of public employment services and other labour market institutions. Support under the project will be provided to people working in labour market institutions established in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. The aim of the project is to develop qualifications, including the competences of 173 (K 147 and M 26) employees of public employment services (PES) and other labour market institutions (PWK OHP) resulting from the needs of the regional/local labour market by 31 December 2026, which will have a positive impact on increasing the level of professional implementation of labour market policy. The project will be implemented in the Podlaskie Voivodeship by the Provincial Labour Office in Białystok, with the project office located in Białystok. The target group will be employees and managers of PES, employees and managers of other labour market institutions. The project is addressed to WUP B-stok, PUP Podl. and Podl. It's a war. Headquarters of OHP. The result of the project will be a qualification for at least 173 people participating in the project. According to the data of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy "Employment in employment offices statistical annex 2022", tables 7 and 19, as at the end of 2022, there are 131 people employed in the PLO in B-stok (112 K and 19 M), the PLO in Podl. voivodship is 533 people (453 K and 80 M). Employment at the end of 2022 in PWK OHP was 41 pers. (35 K and 6 M). The project will mainly cover people aged 25 to 65 with tertiary education employed under an employment contract. WUP B-stok, PUP Podl. and Podl. It's a war. The OHP Headquarters play a key role in developing regional labour market policy and human resources development. According to statistical data, at the end of February 2024, 32358 unemployed persons were registered in the PLO registers in Podl. voivodship. They are the main customers of the services provided by the staff of WUP B-stok, PUP Podl. and PWK OHP. Granting support under the project will each time be preceded by the identification of the needs of the employee / management staff resulting from the needs of the employer. The support provided will be tailored to the individual needs of the person resulting from their knowledge, skills, competences and qualifications. At the same time, the scope of support will be consistent with the tasks carried out or will develop skills and competences in a given position. Participants of the project will be able to take advantage of training services provided throughout Poland, depending on the needs reported by the participants themselves as well as their employers. The project is excluded from the PSF rules, it will not be possible to use the development services available in BUR. As part of the second stage, the acquisition of competences will be confirmed, learning outcomes will be determined at the stage of concluding contracts with training institutions providing training under the project. It is planned that the Project Team will develop a mechanism for individual selection of training in accordance with the needs of the employer. In order to ensure high quality and efficiency of the support, mechanisms will be provided to ensure that each training delivered under the project leads to a qualification or competence (specific learning outcomes obtained during the training) confirmed by an appropriate document, a certificate, which should contain information on the learning outcomes obtained by the participant in the meaning of Annex II. 2 to Wyt. dot.monitorowanie post. thing. real. prog. 2021-2027 and LWK 2021-2027 ESF+. Dynamic changes taking place on the labour market create the need and necessity to adapt the skills and knowledge of employees and managers of public employment services and employees and managers of other institutions of the labour market of PWK OHP in order to be able to effectively provide services and meet customer expectations, meet the standards of providing services at the highest level and meet the need for lifelong learning.
