The project aims to adapt the educational offer of Kindergarten No. 1 in Siemiatycze to the requirements of high quality kindergarten education, through the implementation of additional classes for 100 (48K,52M) children in the field of developing, leveling, specialized and preparatory classes. Improving the professional competence of 14 (13K;1M) teachers of teaching staff, through training and courses in the field of working with children and equipping kindergarten teaching rooms with equipment that facilitates the conduct of classes and allows for wide stimulation of children's senses. MAIN TASKS: 1. A comprehensive program of activities to compensate for educational deficits 2. Comprehensive program of extracurricular activities developing skills and interests 3. Comprehensive program of specialized classes to eliminate development deficits 4. Comprehensive program of activities preparing children to enter the labor market in the future 5. A series of trainings and courses will give the teaching staff 6. Excursions and educational trips as a continuation of the development of key competences 7. Equipping the classrooms of Kindergarten No. 1 in Siemiatycze TARGET GROUP of the project are: 1. Children aged 3-6 years attending Kindergarten No. 1 in Siemiatycze, without formal education, living in the city and siemiatycki district in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. 100 children (48K;52M) will be supported, 10% of which comes from rural areas 2. Teachers employed on the basis of the Teacher's Card in Kindergarten No. 1 in Siemiatycze, aged 25-55, with higher education, living in the Siemiackie district (Podlaskie province), including over 10% of people from the rural area. 14 teachers (13K;1M) will be supported. The main RESULTS to be achieved through the implementation of the project are: 1. Raising the key competences and skills of 100 (48K,52M) children 2. Making the educational offer of the kindergarten more attractive, through the implementation of a wide range of additional classes until November 2026. 14 (13K;1M) teachers of Kindergarten No. 1 in Siemiatycze 4. Preparing 100 (48K;52M) children to enter the labour market in the future 5. Adapting the didactic base of Kindergarten No. 1 in Siemiatycze to high quality educational requirements - equipping 3 didactic rooms
