Raising the educational offer of Kindergarten No. 5 in Siemiatycze by organizing targeted support for 100 children (50K, 50M) and improving the quality of education by participating in forms of improving the competences of 12 teachers by XII 2026. The project will support the following target groups: * 100 children (50 girls and 50 boys) in Kindergarten No. 5 in Siemiatycze covered by pre-school education in 2024/25 and 2025/26, where the lead authority is the Applicant - City of Siemiatycze. Children aged 3−6 years,inhabiting the city and the Siemiatic county (Podlaskie Province), including the area of 14% of children in rural areas. *12 teachers (12K) from Kindergarten No. 5 in Siemiatycze employed in Kindergarten, teachers living in the Siemiaty County (Podlaskie Province). The main tasks of the project are: 1. Implementation of classes shaping and developing key competences in children as well as appropriate attitudes and universal skills. 2. Implementation of classes developing teachers' skills in the field of methods shaping key and universal competences in children. 3. Out-of-school educational forms supporting in children the development of ecological and social competences developing attitudes of respect and tolerance in preschoolers. 4. Improve teachers' skills to work with children with special educational needs. 5. Implementation of the support programme for children with special educational needs in Kindergarten No. 5 in Siemiatycze. MAIN RESULTS: − making the educational offer of kindergarten more attractive in terms of developing key and universal competences, − improving teachers' skills in the use of methods and organizational forms conducive to the development of key and universal competences in pre-school children, - extending educational offers to extra-school educational forms supporting the development of key, ecological and social competences in children, − improving teachers' skills to work with pre-school children, including children with special developmental needs, − extending the offer of kindergarten with additional compensatory classes and equalizing children's chances in pre-school education aimed at eliminating the identified development deficits at an early educational stage.
