The project concerns the existing PLO, i.e. the Non-Public Red Heart Kindergarten run by the Business Gate Consulting and Advisory Association – the lead body. Support under the project is provided on the basis of an individual diagnosis of the PLO approved and published by the lead authority, link to the diagnosis : http://www.wrotabiznesu.com/individual_diagnosia_needs_owp_in_support_education/ The main objective of the project is to support equal access to good quality pre-school education by organising compensatory and equalizing activities for children in pre-school education, developing key competences and universal skills among 81 children (37K) attending the Red Heart Non-Public Kindergarten, and improving the competences of 7 teachers (7K) and 1 director (1K) by the end of VIII 2026 in the municipality of Choroszcz. The main objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of tasks: Classes in the field of early childhood development support (language therapy, psychological support, AI therapy, corrective gymnastics) additional classes supporting key and universal competences (English, mathematics, chess, small constructor and explorer, sports activities) Nature project aimed at raising awareness about climate change and supporting the development of ecological skills Project Work assuming support in the field of career counselling in the form of a pre-orientation and professional orientation program in the Non-public Red Serduszko Kindergarten Project Respect aimed at shaping an attitude of respect for others, trust and understanding the cultural and historical complexity of the world Improving the competences of the education system staff addressed to 7 teachers and the director employed in the Non-public Red Serduszko Kindergarten Project is addressed to 81 children from the Podlaskie Voivodeship, including 76 living in the Choroszcz commune and 5 living in the city of Białystok , 7 teachers and 1 director employed in the Non-public Red Serduszko Kindergarten Applicant in accordance with the provisions set out in the FEdP 2021-2027 Programme, Detailed Description of Priorities (OP) under the call for proposals for the European Selection Fund in the applicable version of the 2021-2027. Compliance of the project type and target group with the provisions set out in the FEdP 2021-2027 Programme, the Detailed Description of Priorities (SZOP) of the European Funds for Podlaskie 2021-2027 Programme in the version in force on the date of the call for proposals and the Rules for project selection. The project complies with EU and national legislation and guidelines for the implementation of ESF+ projects in the 2021-2027 regional programmes. All activities will be carried out taking into account the individual developmental and educational needs and psychophysical capabilities of children of preschool age covered by the support. The project is being implemented in the Non-public Red Serduszko Kindergarten, which is located in the municipality of Choroszcz, i.e. in a rural area belonging to category DEGURBA 3.
