The project is in line with the conditions of the FEdP 2021-2027 programme and prior to the priorities, Priority VIII – Funds for education and social inclusion, Heading 8.1. Development of education and training.The project is a response to the objective of the intervention. Included in project type 6: Scholarship support for young people (vocational education) under the priority project supporting innovative technological thinking. The project is in line with the provision of the General Regulation of the EP and the Council (EU) 2021/1060 of 24 June 2021 – included in the draft development will affect the creation of equal educational opportunities for pupils/students educated in the Podlaskie Voivodship. The project takes into account the trends of the demographer and the specifics of the Podl. voivodship and refers to deficits and needs. It will be implemented by the Podlaskie Voivodeship on behalf of which the Provincial Labour Office in Białystok will act. The project office will be located in Białystok. The main objective of the project is to support 900 talented pupils (270K, 630M) of vocational education schools from the Podlaskie region supporting innovative technological thought in the period from July 2024 to July 2028. The target group of the project is 900 talented pupils (270K, 630M) of vocational education schools from the entire Podlaskie region, including in particular socio-economically disadvantaged, living in areas at risk of permanent marginalisation or rural areas and students with disabilities. The limitation to schools in Podlaskie Province is due to the regional nature of the intervention, the fact that the student resides or registers is irrelevant. The project will implement activities as a result of which: 1) a selected group of students (hereinafter: Teach) schools providing vocational training will be awarded and awarded scholarships for very good academic results obtained in the previous school year (Leader), 2) each of the scholarship holders (hereinafter: ST) will be obliged to perform individual or team work, the subject of which includes an innovative solution, consisting in improving an existing or developing a project of a new original solution (Partner),3) each of the ST will be subject to mandatory didactic care by a representative of the school (teacher / tutor of the scholarship holder), who will support the ST in the preparation of individual or team work referred to in point 2 (Partner), 4) ST will be covered by additional support in the project, which is a competition prepared by ST works (Partner). The project will be open to talented Teachers of vocational schools from the area of the entire Podl. province, who during the recruitment process will submit a correctly completed Application for a scholarship (...), meet the mandatory criteria/conditions and receive the highest number of points. Scholarships will be awarded in the amount of not less than PLN 600 per month for the results obtained in the previous school year. The total amount of the scholarship will not be less than PLN 6,000 per student. It will be paid in two tranches (first October/November, second March/April). One student will have the opportunity to participate several times in the project as part of subsequent calls. The project foresees four calls. Main results: 1) Supporting talented educators of schools providing vocational education from the area of the entire voivodship by providing them with scholarship support (900 students -270K, 630M, 2000 scholarships); 2) Development by the Student of individual or team works, the subject of which will include an innovative solution consisting in the improvement of an existing or the development of a project of a new original solution (400 individual or team works ); 3) Support for the development of innovative technological thought among talented students of vocational schools from the Podl. province by selecting and awarding the best works prepared by ST as part of the project (4 competitions during the project).
