The main objective of the project is to increase access to comprehensive social services for residents of the Municipality of Wasilków through the creation of a Social Services Centre and the implementation of social services for 570 (315 K and 255 M) persons in the period from 01.10.2024 to 30.04.2028. The objective is consistent with the objective of Measure 8.4 Increasing equal and rapid access to good quality, sustainable and affordable services(...). Tasks in the project: 1. Development of the CUS Implementation Plan, its update and monitoring 2. Organization and operation of the Center for Social Services 3. As part of the above-mentioned tasks, all stages indicated in the Recruitment Regulations, i.e. : (a)the preparatory phase for the establishment of the CUS and its creation (Task 1): conducting a local diagnosis of the needs and potential of the self-governing community in the field of social services, developing the CUS Implementation Plan, creating the CUS (granting the statutes of the centre by the municipal council by way of a resolution), b) the stage of implementation of the CUS Implementation Plan and the provision of social services, including the implementation of selected services by the CUS for project participants (Tasks 2 and 3) c) the stage of reviewing the services provided, updating and implementing the CUS Implementation Plan - further provision of social services and development of the social services programme and monitoring the implementation of indicators (Tasks 1,2 and 3) d) the stage of providing services, monitoring the implementation of indicators. (Task 1, 3) The target group of the project are: 1. residents of Podlaskie Voivodship, Wasilków commune in need of social and health services, including migrants and refugees (especially people leaving Ukraine due to the aggression of the Russian Federation): 60 elderly 270 children and adolescents 60 families (approx. 240 people) employees of CUS Support is addressed to people who live within the meaning of the Civil Code, study or work in the Podlaskie Voivodeship, the municipality of Wasilków.
