Development of CUS in Stawiska

The aim of the project is to increase the access of residents of the Stawiski Commune to high-quality social services by developing the Social Services Centre in Stawiska and supporting the services provided by them in response to the needs of the residents of the Commune in the period up to 30.11.2028. The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the target detail. ‘k’ of the FEdP 2021-2027 programme: “Increasing equal and timely access to quality, sustainable and affordable services, including services that support access to housing and person-centred care, including healthcare (...).” The project will achieve the following results: - Number of entities that have extended the support offer or improved the quality of the services offered – 1. The target group will be residents of the Stawiski Commune who need to be covered by social and health services. The target group is identical to the one mentioned in the CPR. As part of the project, the following tasks will be carried out: - Preventive physical activities, e.g. pilates - Rental of rehabilitation and treatment support equipment - Psychological counselling - Dietary counselling - Neighbouring care services - Specialist care services - Assistance package - Socio-occupational reintegration - "White Saturdays/Sundays" health prevention - Remuneration of the social services organiser, coordinator of individual social services plans, local community organiser. The activities planned in the project are a response to the diagnosed needs of residents of the Stawiski commune and will be tailored to the individual needs, potential and personal preferences of recipients of services, especially in the case of people in need of support in everyday functioning and people with disabilities. Conclusions from the diagnosis of the needs and potential of the local community in the scope of community services in the Stawiski Commune, prepared in 2020 and updated in 2023, are presented in paragraph . ‘Diagnosed problem(s)’. Each stage of project implementation will be carried out in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including non-discrimination between NSAs, as well as equal opportunities between women and men (KiM) in accordance with the Guidelines on the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027. Implementation of the project’s objectives will be based on the Project Selection Rules (PRC) drawn up on the basis of the ‘Implementation. Relating to the implementation of projects involving ESF+ funds in regional programmes for 2021-2027’. The activities related to the support of services provided by CUS will be carried out in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. July 19, 2019 on the implementation of social services by the social services centre. Support in the area of social and health services in the project is in line with the Strategy for the Development of Social Services, public policy until 2030 (with a perspective until 2035)’ and the Regional Plan for the Development of Social Services and Deinstitutionalisation in the voivodship for 2023-2025, and with the ‘National Programme for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion’. Update 2021-2027, public policies with a 2030 perspective.” The project will finance only services provided by CUS in Stawiska falling within the scope of the ESF+ intervention, with the exception of institutional care services – Section 5. As part of the project, 4 new types of social services will be implemented, increasing the range of services offered by CUS Stawiski, which for the last 12 months have not been implemented in the area of CUS activity (Premium Clause 1): assistance package, preventive physical activities, socio-occupational reintegration, "White Saturdays/Sundays" health prevention.
