ERDF Technical Assistance Action Plan 2023-2024

The project ‘Technical Assistance Action Plan 2023-2024 under the ERDF’ aims to support the effective and efficient implementation of the Programme European Funds for Podlaskie 2021-2027. Activities implemented under the ERDF Technical Assistance Priority will be aimed at maintaining an efficient and effective management system, by ensuring adequate administrative capacity of the Managing Authority of the European Funds for Podlaskie 2021-2027 programme. Such projects will finance activities relating to: 1. ensuring an appropriate system of remuneration of employees involved in the implementation of the European Funds for Podlaskie Programme; 2. maintaining a stable level of employment and preventing fluctuations of qualified staff by providing transparent career paths and support for experienced employees; 3. provide management with knowledge of team management, diversity and adherence to ethical standards; 4. financing personnel costs related to the closure of the 2014-2020 perspective and the preparation of the post-2027 programming period. The project has a positive impact on the principle of equal opportunities between women and men and has a positive impact on the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities. All activities under the project will be carried out taking into account the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities, at every stage and in every process of implementing the European Funds for Podlaskie 2021-2027 programme. As part of the strengthening of administrative capacity in the implementation of the Programme, all recruitment and remuneration procedures and regulations will respect the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination in order to ensure equal and fair access for all and full participation in the opportunities for rewarding, promoting and exercising workers' rights.
