The project ‘Technical Assistance Action Plan 2025 under the ESF+’ aims to support the effective and efficient implementation of the Programme European Funds for Podlaskie 2021-2027 and to close the 2014-2020 perspective and prepare the post-2027 perspective. Project activities will focus on: organisational support for the MA of the FEdP by financing administrative and organisational expenditure related to ensuring working conditions enabling the smooth implementation of the Programme, ensuring the development of professional competences and upskilling in the implementation of EU Funds, financing evaluation studies necessary for the implementation of the Programme, supporting and handling processes related to the system of recruitment, evaluation and settlement of projects under the FEdP 2021-2027, supporting beneficiaries (including potential ones) in applying and implementing projects, conducting information and promotion activities and ensuring the visibility of cohesion policy, the role and importance of EU funds for the region. The methodology (level of eligibility) for settling expenditure necessary for the smooth functioning of the institution, which cannot be assigned individually to a workplace or to an organisational unit that cannot be clearly separated (e.g. rent, maintenance fees, municipal fees, renovations, subscriptions, ICT infrastructure, postal services) will result from the average level of eligibility of the institution’s posts, calculated as the ratio of the number of eligible posts to the number of all posts in a given location. The average eligibility level for year N+1 will be determined on the basis of the average eligibility of staff achieved in year N. The project has a positive impact on the principle of equal opportunities between women and men and a positive impact on the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities. All activities under the project will be carried out taking into account the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities, at every stage and in every process of implementing the European Funds for Podlaskie 2021-2027 programme. Support will be provided to beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries without any discrimination.
