Modern E-Dynów – the development of e-services accessible to all

The project ‘Modern E-Dynów – development of e-services accessible to all’ aims to launch 24 new public e-services at at least level 4 of maturity combined, as well as one new service at level 3 of maturity. The e-Services selected for implementation are not accidental, the Applicant has selected those services that are most often used by taxpayers and legal persons from the City of Dynów. The launch of e-Services will be possible only thanks to the implementation of the full scope of the project, provided for by the Beneficiary, i.e.: - Modernisation of Domain Systems - Provision of e-Services - Launch of EOD - Modernisation of GIS Systems - Digitalisation service - Provision of GIS e-Services - Launch of e-Water system - Launch of a system for remote work - Modernisation of websites - Launch of the Design Platform - Purchase of IT equipment In the context of the implementation of the project, it is very important to create a modern Design Platform that will allow residents to access various public services via the Internet. The platform, through integration with new and de-ernized systems, will be a single point of contact that allows residents to use many services without learning the complexity of many systems. The platform will be adapted for persons with disabilities, will be available in two languages, and will have an informative role, including through environmental monitoring notifications. Currently, the City of Dynów provides only 1 e-service at level 5 of maturity (payment for agricultural/forest/real estate tax), which is popular among residents, but the lack of more e-Services is very visible. Residents often ask about new e-services, a situation that was particularly evident during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, these are not the only problems diagnosed, at the moment other negative factors are also noticeable, such as: - Low efficiency, caused by traditional handling of many public services in relation to the Office's Clients. - Insufficient availability of services, lack of digitalisation for many services. - Lack of full transparency – The Office’s clients do not have the possibility to monitor many cases on an ongoing basis. - Low level of digitized documents. - High printing costs. In its assumptions, the project assumes neutralizing the above-mentioned problems, improving the quality of service to citizens, streamlining administrative processes and increasing the efficiency and transparency of the City's activities by implementing the full scope of the project and achieving the following objectives: - Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Office's services by using multiple 24/7 e-services (7 days a week, 24 hours a day). - Increasing efficiency by launching e-Services that will contribute to the automation of many administrative processes, eliminating unnecessary procedures and reducing bureaucracy and the consumption of expensive office supplies - consumables. - Increase transparency by making it possible to monitor the progress of their cases and increase access to public information. Optimisation of the Office's work is possible by providing compatible integrated tools. An important aspect is also the provision of trainings that will ensure that employees' competences are adapted to the new tools. Implementation of IT solutions (hardware and software) enabling the launch of e-Services, increasing the cybersecurity of the Applicant, citizens and enabling safe remote work. - Digitization of resources, which will facilitate their digital management. Achieving the above-mentioned assumptions, through the implementation of the scope of the project, brings a whole range of measurable and accompanying indirect benefits. The project will also be consistent with the strategies.
