The main goal is to develop the information society in the Municipality of Krasne by providing residents and subcontractors with modern and safe e-services of local administration and are in line with the goal of FEPK.01.02 Digitalization. The project is a vision of the development of public e-government through the availability of a number of advanced and functionally friendly e-services and leading to a reduction in the costs of local government administration. It also aims to improve the IT security of the Applicant. The project includes the construction of an e-services platform, cybersecurity and digitization. The implementation will enable the integration of currently offered e-services, the introduction of new e-services and the integration of the whole infrastr. inf. and domain systems into one coherent organism. However, the launch of all planned services requires supplementing ICT and technological resources and the use of more modern, comprehensive solutions. The subject of the project and its scope include the implementation of the tasks outlined in Section IV of the TASKS. The biggest problem is insufficient access to local public administration services. Within the framework of the main problem, there are a number of specific problems in various areas of administration: - low take-up of e-services by citizens due to poor offer not adapted to current needs - lack of e-services offer in the most sensitive areas of life - lack of sufficient information about available e-services - difficult access to information and administrative procedures due to offering them only in traditional form or in the form of low-level e-services - dispersion of e-services on different platforms, lack of one central customer profile - low level of ITization of one person. - outdated IT system - lack of tools allowing for the actual use of implemented e-services The implementation of the project will contribute to solving most of the problems. These needs relate to the possibility of ensuring faster, fuller and more efficient access to local public administration. By expanding e-services, more public resources will be available and more information will be made available in digital technology.
