The main objective of the project is to develop the information society in the Municipality of Wielopole Skrzyńskie by providing residents and business entities with modern and safe e-services of local administration. The objectives of the project are in line with the objective FEPK.01.02 Digitisation, as set out in SZOP – Reaping the benefits of digitalisation for citizens and businesses, research organisations and public institutions. The project is a comprehensive vision of the development of public e-administration in the Municipality by providing advanced and functional e-services and leading to a long-term reduction in the costs of local government administration. It also aims to improve the IT security of the UG. Its scope includes the construction of an e-services platform, cybersecurity and the implementation of digitization activities. The implementation will enable the integration of currently offered e-services (e-journal, certificates, declarations, corrections and services available through online systems, e-Puap), the introduction of new e-services to the Municipality's offer and the combination of the entire IT infrastructure and domain systems into one coherent organism allowing for effective handling of matters. The launch of all planned services, however, requires supplementing ICT and technological resources and the use of modern, comprehensive solutions. The subject of the project includes: 1. Public e-services platform 2. E-water 3. Cybersecurity 4. Digitization of GIS 5 resources. Hardware platform 6. ICT training 7. Application for funding and technical advice 8. A detailed description and justification of the tasks is provided in Section IV of the ZAD. In the area of the information society, the biggest problem is insufficient access to local public administration and education services and the lack of an effective uniform IT system ensuring stable and efficient cooperation between individual units of the Commune. Problems: 1. Citizens: - low take-up of public e-services due to poor offer not adapted to current needs - insufficient access to services in sensitive areas of everyday life (education, water management, geodesy) due to lack of offer in this area - lack of sufficient information about available e-services. 2. Research companies and organisations : - difficult access to information and administrative procedures due to offering it only in traditional form or in the form of low-level e-services, which makes their use unprofitable - dispersion of offered e-services on different platforms, lack of a single central customer profile 3. Public bodies: - low level of computerization of local government units - an outdated IT system that often hinders operations, which results in unnecessary extension of the time of dealing with cases and an increase in citizens' dissatisfaction - lack of tools allowing for the actual use of implemented e-services 4. Applicant: -Problems: protection of residents' data, cyber threats, IT infrastructure, funding gaps, digital education, critical infrastructure security -Accessibility of the office: h. 7:30-15:30 working days. The municipality is an organizer of public transport in municipal passenger transport, -E-services are used by 15% of respondents -UG having its own closed network infrastructure, not connecting with other units -There are no research organizations in the UG. The project is a response to the needs of the local community in terms of access to modern services. These needs are mainly related to the possibility of ensuring faster, fuller and more efficient access to local public administration. The implementation of the needs created during the analysis of the environment is precisely served by the launch of modern, digital, available at any place and at any time local administration services. By expanding e-services, more public resources will be available.
