The main goal is to develop the information society in the City and Commune of Jawornik Polski by providing residents and subcontractors with modern and safe e-services of local administration and are in line with the goal of FEPK.01.02 Digitalization. The project is a vision of the development of public e-government through the availability of a number of advanced and functionally friendly e-services and leading to a reduction in the costs of local government administration. It also aims to improve the IT security of the Applicant. The project includes the construction of an e-services platform, cybersecurity and digitization. The implementation will enable the integration of currently offered e-services, the introduction of new e-services and the integration of the whole infrastr. inf. and domain systems into one coherent organism. However, the launch of all planned services requires supplementing ICT and technological resources and the use of more modern, comprehensive solutions. The subject of the project and its scope include the implementation of the tasks outlined in Section IV of the TASKS. The biggest problem is insufficient access to the services of the local public administration, the lack of an effective unified system ensuring stable and efficient cooperation between individual units of the Commune. Within the framework of the main problem, there are a number of specific problems in various areas of administration: - low level of use of e-services by citizens due to poor offer not adapted to current needs - lack of offer of e-services in the most sensitive areas of life (education, water management) - difficult access to information and administrative procedures due to offering them only in traditional form - low level of computerization of one person. - outdated IT system - lack of tools allowing for the actual use of implemented e-services The implementation of the project will contribute to solving most of the existing problems. These needs relate to the possibility of ensuring faster, fuller and more efficient access to local public administration. By expanding e-services, more public resources will be available and more information will be made available in digital technology. Addendum 04.10.2023 1. Most often, there are problems with security. Informatics are e-mails with links including virus or phishing software. 2. Public transport in the municipality is underdeveloped, there are PKS and a private carrier only on the route of the provincial road No 835 and on one of the district roads. Courses and their frequency are limited. UG is open from 7:30 to 15:30 on Mon, Wed and Thu, from 7:30 to 17:00 on Tue and from 7:30 to 14:00 on Fri. 3. The municipality supports the electronic mailbox e-PUAP and e-mail. Apart from these means of communication, no e-services are provided, allowing for the safe integration of the petitioner with UG or subordinate units. 4. Through the ePUAP portal. 5. 5. Number of traditional cases per year: - 9 392, by ePUAP: 1 020. The number of people using the ePUAP portal is approx. 24% of the commune's population. 6. 6. The Office of the City and Municipality of J. P. with its seat in 37-232 Jawornik Polski 30, as part of a grant project, purchased and equipped a server room for the Office's own needs. Using appropriate IT techniques, GOPS resources from the seat in Jawornik Polski 215 have been centralized, thus the Office provides IT support and care for ICT systems for GOPS. Units subordinate to the Commune, i.e. GOK in Jawornik Polski, Gm. Biblioteka Publ. w J. P., Gm. Zesp. Nursery in J. P., Podst. School in J. P. and Zesp. Schools and institutions in Manasterz do not have integrated IT systems ensuring cooperation between individual units. 7. There are no research organisations in the J.P. commune.
