Digital Municipal Enterprise of the Municipality of Radymno Sp. z o.o. in your home

The aim of the project called "Digital Municipal Enterprise of the Municipality of Radymno Sp. z o.o. in your home" is to respond to the needs of the residents of the Municipality of Radymno, employees of the Enterprise. PKGR initiates a project aimed at introducing the digital transformation of services. The project was constructed in response to the specific problems and needs of the community such as long waiting times and the insufficiency of the performance of traditional services. Residents have limited access to public services outside standard working hours, making them more difficult to use. There is a low rate of two-way electronic communication between the Applicant and the Citizen and a variety of systems for dealing with formal matters. Lack of adequate IT infrastructure and integration of domain systems to enable uninterrupted access to electronic services. The aim of the project is to provide residents with uninterrupted access to electronic services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The project aims to improve administrative processes, which will contribute to improving the quality of service to citizens. The project assumes the introduction of automation in administrative processes in order to increase efficiency. Cybersecurity will be strengthened to protect user data. Those interested in the project include, but are not limited to: residents, entrepreneurs operating in the Municipality, local authorities and employees of PKGR, technology suppliers and contractors. The main objective of the project is to create an accessible and friendly platform for all residents, regardless of gender, age, origin or degree of disability. We want the platform to promote a culture of equality and not tolerate discrimination. The objectives of the project are to facilitate access to services by integrating all tools and e-services in one place, residents will be able to deal with many matters online (remotely). This will greatly streamline and facilitate administrative processes. Increasing the efficiency of administration: Public e-services will contribute to the automation of many administrative processes, eliminating unnecessary procedures and reducing bureaucracy and the consumption of office supplies. Thanks to e-services, residents will gain an improvement in administrative activities, the document circulation path will be shortened, the service time will be shortened, and the need for repeated visits to the Applicant, which negatively affects citizens' satisfaction, will be eliminated. E-public services will allow residents to monitor the progress of their cases, access PSI and make documents easier to share. Digital. and accessibility of public sector data will make it easier to manage, search and share them online. Implementation of IT solutions also supports remote work in a secured form. Improve cyber-security for deployed tools and e-services by protecting data and systems against cyber-attacks (e.g. by encrypting data, authorizing users through KIEs, monitoring systems, and educating employees about cybersecurity). The implementation of the project assumes the launch of Platf. The project is based on a newly purchased IT infrastructure, enabling the secure and continuous provision of electronic services around the clock, seven days a week. The project will actively promote a culture of equality and will not tolerate any form of discrimination. All information will be prepared in a clear and comprehensible manner, taking into account the needs of digitally excluded people and those with disabilities. The desire for equality will also be taken into account in communication with residents. The implementation of the project will benefit both residents and administration - residents will gain quick and easy access to services, and administrative activities will become more efficient and comply with modern standards. The implementation of the project will increase citizens' satisfaction and bring savings in administrative activities.
