The project provides for the development of ICT in the Services provided by the Beneficiary, through an increase in the number of e-Services, an increase in their sophistication, development, improvement and optimization of processes related to their provision. The project has a very positive impact on the economic sphere of the region. eServices, personalized, for all target groups will introduce facilitation for doing business and the possibility of dealing with matters. The project shows HIGH SOCIAL BENEFITS and deserves funding. The aim of the Project is to extend the scope of matters that Clients and people staying outside the area of residence will be able to settle through IT tools and the implementation of publicly available digital eServices with the highest (3, in particular 5) levels of sophistication. Electronicization will also facilitate contact with the Beneficiary. The project consists in the implementation and launch of eServices in the scope of operation of the Beneficiary's organization, for Clients, including entrepreneurs, other people dealing with the necessary matters and A2A services, internal administration. eServices will be at the highest level of maturity and transactionality (personalization), they will offer the possibility of dealing fully with online matters and making ePayments. eServices will be available through an electronic platform, integrated with the Trusted Profile and ePuap. Modernisation of the Beneficiary's organisation to the requirements related to the provision of e-Services is foreseen. Material scope: Systems: euservices portal (ebook), Mobile application, eGIS, implementation, integrations. IT equipment, indicated in the Schedule. Ultimately, a complete integrated, coherent System will be created for the provision of eServices. Stages of the project: purchase of an engineer's service, preparation of tender procedures, purchase of eServices, launch of eServices, verification, KRI audit, Promotion. The project fits into the assumptions set out in SzOOP (Digital. Reg.), fully assumes increasing the availability, degree of use and quality of information and communication technologies. The project is and will be carried out in accordance with the principle of equality between women and men. All persons regardless of gender, racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation during the preparation and implementation of the project will have equal access on an equal basis to the implemented ICT solutions and access to the participation/implementation of the project.
