The aim of the project is to improve energy efficiency together with the installation of RES in 2 public buildings in the Skołyszyn Commune, i.e.: 1) People's House building in Bączal Górny (DL Bączal Górny), address: Bączal Górny 198, 38-242 Skołyszyn, dz. nr ewid. 361 (property deed is held by the Municipality of Skołyszyn, Land and Mortgage Register No KS1J/ 00040312/4 ), KGW activities are conducted and rural meetings are held. Usable area 423,41 m2. 2) People's House building in Jabłonica (DL Jabłonica), address: Jabłonica 126, 38-200 Jasło, dz. nr ewid.442/2 (property deed is held by the Municipality of Skołyszyn, Land and Mortgage Register No KS1J/00039794/6 ), KGW activities are carried out and rural meetings are held. Usable area 351,40m2. The diagnosed problem is, among others, low energy efficiency of public buildings, high and increasing costs of energy supply to buildings, negative effects of greenhouse gas emissions. In buildings there are significant heat losses through uninsulated walls, ceilings (uninsulated ceilings), numerous "heat bridges" on partitions, low efficiency of existing heating and heating. As part of the project, the following works are planned in the optimal variant - thermomodernization of the DL Bączal Górny building with the installation of RES and replacement of the heat source (air-water heat pump), mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, installation of shading blinds and accompanying works not included in the audit - thermomodernization of DL Jabłonica with the installation of RES and replacement of the heat source with an air-air heat pump (air conditioners), mechanical ventilation with facade blinds and accompanying works not included in the audit. The tasks will take into account the adaptation of buildings to OZN: DL Bączal Górny: construction of ramps for incomplete people, fireworks, walls at the ramps, railings- ramps, access to the ramps, removal of the threshold and replacement of the entrance door, parking space 1 pc., access to the building, staircase. DL Apple tree: purchase and installation of a staircase All tasks related to the implementation of the project are aimed at supporting energy efficiency and intelligent energy management in the public infrastructure in the Skołyszyn Commune. Delivery and installation of signs and equipment for people with disabilities for two buildings 2 sets. 1 set includes: tiflographic map (1 pc.), table with written and pictographic information (1 pc.), marking of rooms and communication routes in Braiille (12 tablets), guidance lines, comment box, overlays on stair railings and slipways (8 pc.), directional plates and evacuation signs in Braille (12 pc.), anti-slip tapes for marking the first and last run of stairs (2 tapes), induction loops (1 pc.), call hear system (1 pc.), staircase (1 pc.). As part of the markings and equipment for OzN: marking and installation of markings and equipment,allows access to buildings for people with vision, hearing, cognitive and mobility problems, including people with incomplete mobility on wheelchairs, using walking sticks, balls, balconies, walkers rehab’ General objectives:-improving the technical condition of public facilities, increasing the thermal comfort felt by users of these facilities,-rationalising the costs of supplying buildings with energy,-reducing air pollution. The direct objective of the project is to support energy efficiency and greenhouse gas reduction in public buildings. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the energy demand in the buildings concerned will be reduced, which in turn will reduce the costs of energy supply and CO2 emissions.The employment of a supervisory inspector has been taken into account, and after the works have been carried out, an ex-post doc on the energy certificate (ex-post) verifying the thermal energy parameters in the modernised buildings will be carried out.
