Expansion of the sewage treatment plant in Cmolas

The applicant, implementer and beneficiary of the project will be the Municipality of Cmolas. The project will be implemented on Ewid. 3562/2, id of plot 180601_2.0008.3562/2 located in the Register of Officials of the Republic of Poland 0008 in the municipality of Cmolas with an area of 0,7551 ha, owned by the applicant on the subst. DEC.701960/692/92 TB1K/00020231/7, outside the Blue San area of the agglomerations. Cmolas PLPK068 established pursuant to Resolution No XXI/152/20 of the Cmolas Municipal Council of 12 November 2020 on the designation of the agglomeration of Cmolas. The project area is located in Rwanda. JCWP "Łęg do Przyrwy" do Muryń" code: PLRW200019219853 and in rpm GWB code: PLGW2000135 outside the protection zones of water intakes and floodplains, within the limits of Gł. It's a collection. Water No 426 ‘Kolbuszowa Valley’. Main objective of the project: sustainable water and wastewater in the area of the agglomeration of Cmolas. Specific objectives: increasing the capacity/output of treatment plants, improving energy efficiency by reducing average energy consumption, improving environmental standards in agglomerations. These objectives correlate with the objectives of FEP 2021-2027, measure 2.6. The investment demonstrates compliance with Dyr. Sewage and is included in the 6th ACPOŚK adopted by the Council of Ministers on 5 May 2022 and concerning agglomerations with a size from 2 to less than 15 thousand. p.e. requiring access to the regulations of Dyr. Sewage, in accordance with Annex 3. The assumed effect of the project is to increase the efficiencies of the Qśr treatment plant from 680 to 1000 m3/d (RML = 6500). The scope is consistent with real problems, i.e.: lack of capacity of waste water treatment plants and the need to modernise waste water treatment systems in the area of access to receive 100% of pollution generated in agglomerations, lack of optimal conditions enabling residents to transfer waste water in a way that will not have a negative impact on the environment. Zad. 1 The expansion of the waste water treatment plant in Cmolas assumes: construction of sheds for scraps, construction of a new bioreactor in activated sludge in reinforced concrete construction, construction of a new retention reservoir for the entire biological sequence of activated sludge in reinforced concrete construction, construction of additives. 2 secondary settlers with parameters and dimensions of existing secondary settlers already in operation, construction of additional thickening chamber of biological sludge excessive from reconstruction. 6 prefabricated reinforced concrete collections for aerobic stabilization of biological sludge, ed. 2 shelters, including 1 with boxes, construction of a sewage metering well with an electromagnet flow meter, construction of a sludge well, construction of a borehole well, construction of a well with a sewage divider, renovation and extension of a social-tech building, adoption of a main pumping station on a room. mechanical hake-tape grating, adaptation of an auxiliary pumping station on a main pumping station, adaptation of the blower room to a centrifugal sandstone room with a worm sand conveyor, placing a coagulant dosing system in the press building, liquidation of sandstone, leaving its tank as a supply in emergency equipment, exhaust press for sludge drainage, aeration system, flow meters, transducers, electron devices, pumps, blowers, air grates, mixers and sewage plants. New facilities will be successively plugged into the sequence of technologists, without the need to turn off the syst. biologist. wastewater treatment. The area of development will be no more than 20%, and the area of biological activity will not be less than 50%. Zad. 2 Investor supervision. The project does not assume the implementation of autonomous tasks concerning water supply systems and demonstrates compliance with the adopted expenditure limits for the construction of the above-mentioned infrastructure for projects involving sewage infrastructure and water supply and within the limits for the management of sewage sludge. Lead time: 01.04.2024 - 31.10.2025 Total value of the project: PLN 8 803 729.37, eligible costs PLN 8 803 729.37, own contribution: PLN 1 320 559.42. Indicators: Lp. extension/reconstruction/modernised communal waste water treatment plants. 1 p.e.,Ed. newly built or modernised sewage treatment plant 6 500 p.e.
