Construction of sanitary sewage system in Wysock, extension of sanitary sewage system in Laszki and installation of RES installations for sewage treatment plant in Laszki.

The subject of the project is the construction of sanitary sewage system in Wysocko, extension of sanitary sewage system in Laszki and installation of RES installations (off-grid photovoltaic panels) together with energy storage for the needs of sewage treatment plant in Laszki. The scope of the project includes measurement, earthwork, assembly works, drilling under obstacles, installation of pumping stations and pressing stations and reconstruction of the surface. In order to ensure the proper implementation of construction works, a construction supervision inspector will be appointed, who on behalf of the Municipality will supervise the implementation of the investment in accordance with the provisions of the construction law. The implementation of the project results from the identified problems and needs that justify its implementation. Despite the investment activities undertaken, the Laszki agglomeration has not yet fulfilled the condition of compliance with the Waste Water Directive concerning: equipping agglomerations with urban wastewater collection systems guaranteeing nearly 100% service level. The municipality of Laszki is struggling with the problem of environmental pollution caused by uncontrolled and illegal discharge of wastewater. Within the Commune there are disparities in the availability and quality of wastewater infrastructure in individual localities of the Commune and in relation to urban areas. In addition, due to the increased waste water stream as a result of the connection of further towns (Wietlin, Wietlin Pierwsze and Wysocko), an increased energy intensity of the treatment plant is expected, which will result in increased energy consumption. The solution to this problem is the construction of sanitary sewage system in Wysocko and the extension of sewage system in Laszki as well as equipping sewage treatment plant in Laszki with RES installation. Thanks to this, there will be an improvement in the state of sewage and sewage infrastructure in the Laszki agglomeration, an improvement in the state of water resources, a reduction in the consumption of non-renewable energy and an increase in the production of renewable energy used in the process of urban wastewater treatment. The aim of the project is to increase the percentage of the population using the sewage network, sewage treatment plants and to adapt the Laszki agglomeration to the requirements of the Wastewater Directive. The planned investment is included in the Sixth Update of the National Urban Waste Water Treatment Programme (VIAKPOŚK), adopted by the Council of Ministers on 5 May 2022. The project concerns agglomerations with a size from 2 to less than 15 thousand inhabitants. p.e. requiring adaptation to the provisions of the Wastewater Directive, in accordance with Annex 3 List of necessary projects for the construction and modernisation of sewage systems for agglomerations ≥ 2 000 p.e.
