The subject of the project is the expansion of the sanitary sewerage network together with two network sewage pumping stations and a sewage treatment plant in Dąbrówka Wisłocka in the Radomyśl Wielki commune. The sewerage network will be made on a length of approx. 2.5 km. It will be realized in a gravitational-pressure system. The gravitational network will be OK. 2.3 km, and the pressure network 0.2 km. The project also assumes the launch of a sewage treatment plant for 150RLM designed as a single-tank and made of the so-called. GRP (glass fibre reinforced plastic) in rotary bed technology. In addition, an investment in RES is a complementary element of the project. It assumes the construction of photovoltaic installations with energy storage for the operation of sewage treatment plants in Dąbrówka Wisłocka, Dulcza Wielka and two in Ruda, as well as sewage pumping stations in Partynia and Dulcza Wielka. It will be a system not connected to the electricity grid, through the use of the so-called power guard, thus the system will not be able to deliver energy to the external distribution network. The aim of the project is to regulate water and sewage management through the construction of sanitary sewerage for the next part of Dąbrówka Wisłocka. The implementation of the project will enable the discharge of sewage from buildings not yet connected to the sewage network to the sewage treatment plant. The implementation of sanitary sewerage will significantly improve the living conditions of residents of Dąbrówka Wisłocka and will have a friendly impact on the environment, as currently sewage from the unsalted part of the village is discharged into homeless drainless tanks for liquid waste, which may cause uncontrolled discharge of sewage from these tanks into the environment. The aim of the project is to support access to sustainable water and wastewater management in the area of investment implementation, to improve the state of the natural environment, water and soil cleanliness and to adapt the wastewater management of the Radomyśl Wielki Commune to the requirements of Poland and the European Union. This project will increase the proportion of the population using the waste water treatment system in the agglomeration. By building a photovoltaic installation, the project fits into the activities and criteria related to energy efficiency, promoting a clean and fair energy transition. The implementation of the project is a response to the needs of residents of Dąbrówka Wisłocka. They report to the Municipal Office in Radomyśl Wielki, the Municipal and Housing Management Department in Radomyśl Wielkopolski and during rural meetings their interest in connecting their residential buildings to the sewage network. It is also important for residents who are planning to build new houses. At the same time, the aspect of conducting environmentally friendly activities and ensuring environmental protection and not polluting groundwater and soil with domestic wastewater is also increasingly being raised.
