Reconstruction and extension of provincial road No 877 on the section Dylągówka – Szklary

The subject of the project is the construction and extension of the provincial road No 877 Naklik – Leżajsk – Łańcut – Dylągówka – Szklary on the section Dylągówka – Szklary from km approximately 63+535 to km approximately 68+103 together with the sections of establishment and the demolition, construction, reconstruction of the necessary technical infrastructure, buildings and construction equipment. The investment will consist in the extension of the existing section of the provincial road and the construction of a new track with a single-carriageway section. As part of the project, sections will be built: from km ok. 63+816 i.e. intersection of DW 877 with DW 878 to km approx. 64+047 and from km approx. 65+675 to km approx. 66+700. The remaining sections of the road in question will be expanded. The total length of the section of provincial roads being extended and built as part of the project is about 4.79 km. The scope of the investment includes, among others: - extension and construction of DW 877 on a section with a length of 4.567 km, from the village of Dylągówka from km about 65+535 to the village of Szklary to km about 68+103 with the necessary connection to the existing route of DW 877 and DW 878 (class G road, load capacity: 115 kN/axle), - extension of provincial road No 878 on a section with a length of 0.231 km constituting a link to the expanded intersection with DW 877 (class G road, load capacity: 115 kN/axle), - construction and reconstruction of technical infrastructure, buildings and construction equipment to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of provincial road No 877 on the above-mentioned section, - extension, construction and reconstruction of intersections with existing roads, - construction, reconstruction and extension of sections of other public roads (voivodeship, district and municipal roads) in the intersection zone, - construction of additional carriageways, - reconstruction and construction of public and individual exits, - construction of maintenance lanes, road fences, gates and stairs - reconstruction and construction of bus bays, - construction of pavements, - construction of bridges, engineering structures and culverts under public roads, - construction of drainage elements along with sectional construction of the rainwater sewage network, - sectional construction/construction of road lighting, - construction of elements of environmental protection and BRD, - construction of a technological channel, - reconstruction and protection of conflicting sections of technical infrastructure, including electricity, teletechnical networks, gas pipelines, sanitary and rainwater sewerage, water supply. The main objective of the project is to develop and improve sustainable, climate-resilient, intelligent and intermodal mobility at national, regional and local level, including improving access to the TEN-T network. The direct objective of the project is to develop road infrastructure, increase traffic safety and improve transport links in the region, including in mountainous areas. The implementation of the project will lead to: - increasing the comfort, speed and safety of the road passage through the construction of a new section of road bypassing the existing serpentines and the unfavorable intersection system with DW878 - improving the technical condition and raising the technical parameters of the existing road, which is significantly degraded and shows signs of significant exploitation (there are mesh cracks with ruts, especially on the edges of the roadway, longitudinal cracks, minor defects and patches), - improving the traffic safety of vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists and the comfort of life and safety of residents, - reducing the time of travel on the provincial road by determining new runs of DW 877 on particularly dangerous sections, including the section of serpentines. As a result of the implementation of the project, the links between the regional road network of the voivodship and the national road network and the TEN-T network will be improved, the internal and external accessibility of the Rzeszów County will be improved, the social and economic cohesion of the Rzeszów Functional Area will be improved and the prospects for its development will be increased, as well as the comfort and safety of travel will be improved.
