Construction of a kindergarten with a nursery in Lubzin

The project involves the construction of an educational building for a kindergarten and a crèche in Lubzina, together with the necessary technical infrastructure: internal installation: installation of water, sanitary sewerage, central heating, gas, electricity and low-current, external installation: rainwater sewage system, electrical and low-current installation, water supply connections, sanitary sewage system. The aim of the project is to support equal access to education and care for children aged 3 to 5 in the Ropczyce Commune, with particular emphasis on rural areas and Lubzina. As part of the implementation of the project, it is planned to create 3 pre-school branches with 25 children each. The implementation of the investment is fully justified in terms of needs in this respect. The constant growth of young residents of the Ropczyce Commune makes it necessary to develop childcare institutions from 3 to 5 years, which is often confirmed by the demands made by the residents of the Lubzina village themselves. The social benefits associated with the creation of new care facilities and the results of the impact are correlated with each other. New places for children in kindergarten translate into an additional group of parents who can find employment or accelerate their return to work. An additional new group of children in the educational institution will generate the need to hire new staff for care and service, especially among women. This phenomenon will not only concern an educational institution, but also the sphere related to private entrepreneurship related to the need to provide catering services for newly created branches. This action will contribute to employment growth and the development of entrepreneurship. The analysis of the effectiveness of the investment shows the undoubted benefits resulting from the creation of new care facilities, primarily in the social dimension, which is reflected by the correlated results of the impact of the entire project. Currently, there is a kindergarten in Lubzina with 44 places of care. It is a building from the 60s of the last century, requiring constant expenditures and being in insufficient condition for the function. The building is not adapted to persons with disabilities, there are no threshold-free entrances and accesses, the architecture of the building excludes the possibility of adapting the existing facility to the needs of persons with disabilities. This building has an insufficient number of rooms, which are cramped and non-functional, so that the area per 1 child is far from sufficient. The level of exploitation of the building excludes the possibility of its adaptation to existing needs, including those resulting from demography. The ever-increasing number of inhabitants of the village of Lubzina, which is manifested by the dynamic development of housing in a given area, makes the creation of a new, functional educational institution in Lubzina a necessity. This action responds to a number of aspects of social life, starting with the aforementioned demography through the development of localities in the social and economic dimension and the resulting growing needs also in terms of education, including pre-school education. The diagnosis of needs clearly indicates that the construction of a new kindergarten in Lubzina will allow it to be adapted to the requirements resulting from the applicable law, including the provision of the necessary 2.5m2 per child. The material effect of the completed task will be the creation of a new educational institution in Lubzina for 75 pre-school care places, which increases the current status of places in the old institution by 31 places. The standard of pre-school care will be raised, educational services will undoubtedly be at a much higher level than before. Comfort and aesthetics will also contribute positively to the proper use of the educational institution for the needs of preschool children.
