The main objective of the project is to improve equal access to high-quality and inclusive services in the field of vocational education in Technikum No. 4 in Przemyśl. This objective is directly linked to the objective of ERDF.CP4.II. It will be achieved by retrofitting vocational workshops, which will improve the competences and professional skills of pupils. It is the best technical school in the city, maintaining for years the position of the Golden School in the prestigious Perspectives ranking. The school trains in the professions of telecommunications (i.e. ICT), electronics (i.e. electronics), construction (i.e. surveyor) and energy - i.e. renewable energy equipment and systems. Education is based not only on the science of mathematics and physics as leading general education subjects, but above all on professional subjects, of which more than half of the hours are practical classes. Here you need to equip the stations with a variety of equipment. Often, several or several different instruments and equipment elements must be assembled at such a measuring and testing station. In order to educate effectively, the student should independently take measurements and develop results, so it is advisable to multiply positions so that students work alone or in pairs. With the number of up to 16-18 people in the group, it would be necessary to have 8 or 9 positions with similar equipment. For years, the school has been trying to equip its professional workshops with new equipment, but for the conducted professions it is very expensive and takes place gradually, as funds for teaching aids are obtained from the leading body or from sponsors. However, these are small funds, in the order of several thousand per year for one educated profession, which is below the needs of the school. In addition, the equipment obtained is often not new, but used, so its durability or energy efficiency is not the best. European funds are a good opportunity to thoroughly modernise and renew the teaching base. Thanks to the project, the school wants to increase the number of laboratory or measurement stations and equip with modern laboratory, measurement, network or computer equipment – such as those used by companies in the ICT or telecommunications industry (such as modular telecommunications servers, sets for fiber optics), electronic (video monitoring systems, microcontroller programming or surveillance) or geodetic (measurement systems based on GPS). The purchased equipment will mean a technological leap in our facility, keeping up with current trends in the economy. The new equipment will be used by all pupils in school, regardless of their performance, as the aim of the school is to enable each pupil to obtain the professional title of technician. Working individually or in small groups of 2-3 people, everyone has a chance to better prepare for work and obtain the required qualifications. An innovative and innovative solution on the local educational market is the creation of a Fab-lab electronic workshop, in which talented, talented and all willing students under the supervision of a teacher (within hours developing aptitudes) could independently implement their passions and ideas, design, perform, test and launch their technical projects in the field of electronics, including the manufacture of a printed circuit board or housing. Workshops of this type exist in large cities, e.g. in Rzeszów, but access to them is difficult due to access. One of the tasks is to equip the room for sociotherapeutic activities. At school, there is a systematic increase in pupils with a decision on the need for special education. Revalidation classes are assigned, but there is no properly adapted and equipped room. The school wants to create a cozy, quiet and peaceful place for such activities. So far, they have been held in various places that do not provide peace or quiet.
