The subject of the project are investment works at the Primary School No. 1 named after Gen. Jerzy W. Kolodko. B. Prugar-Ketling in Sanok, covering the renovation works of rooms and adapting them to the needs of people with special needs and the purchase of laboratory equipment. As part of the work, elements such as: replacement of the floor in the school canteen (dining room) and creation of a place to eat, replacement of the floor in the classrooms of early school education (11 rooms) renovation of bathrooms 8 pcs. and their adaptation to the needs of people with SPE, replacement of door joinery for all educational, therapeutic, studio rooms, adaptation of the room with the purchase of equipment to create a new room for conducting individual or group classes and extra-curricular activities for students with SPE, purchase and installation of anti-glare window blinds in rooms for therapeutic classes, and in teaching rooms where students with SPE learn, renovation of entrance stairs and descent to the cloakroom, including the purchase and installation of handles for people with SPE, installation of an access platform, replacement of used PVC floor on corridors on anti-slip surface adapted to the needs of people with SPE, renovation and purchase of equipment for the sociotherapeutic common room and rehabilitation classes, renovation of the room used for conducting art classes. As part of the design works, it is also planned to equip the infrastructure used for practical teaching of subjects in accordance with the STEAM model and purchase of ICT equipment necessary for the use of multimedia materials supporting the learning of natural sciences: programs, videos, boards, simulations and exercises and interactive games. Part of the project is also support for sports infrastructure through the purchase of mini indoor gym equipment. The school infrastructure is mostly not adapted for people with disabilities. It has only a driveway to one of the entrance doors and 1 toilet for the disabled (toilet for boys). The school infrastructure requires a thorough replacement due to significant wear, as evidenced by the decisions of the District Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, including the need to replace wooden door joinery at the school, which is mostly distorted and does not meet the current standards of width and height, replacement of worn surface, i.e. wooden parquet in 11 classrooms, the need to replace the surface in the correctional gymnastics room. The school bathrooms and cloakroom and sanitary facilities next to the gymnasiums and the surfaces in the gymnasiums require thorough renovation. It is also necessary to replace the used PVC floor in the school canteen, in school corridors and several school rooms (including a sociotherapeutic common room). Replacement also requires a very worn carpet in the so-called school hall. Despite the above-mentioned difficulties, the school has been achieving very high results in learning and sports competitions at the provincial and national level for several years. Every year, it occupies the first place in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship in the sports competition of primary schools, promotes a healthy and active lifestyle in the school environment and the city of Sanok. It implements a wide variety of innovative programs and projects, cooperates effectively with the environment. The main objective of the project is to improve access to high-quality school education services. Specific objectives: 1) adapting the school building to the needs of people with special educational needs, 2) providing children with the possibility of using modern educational tools in accordance with the STEAM model, 3) creating conditions enabling children to freely develop, play and rest in a sense of security. Identification of problems (based on the analysis of resources, observation of pupils' functioning, needs reported by pupils, teachers, parents): 1.No access to classrooms, sanitary facilities.
