Construction of a kindergarten in Pysznica STAGE II

The subject of the project is the construction of a kindergarten in Pysznica -ETAP II. This task is part of the investment carried out by the Pysznica Municipality under the name Construction of a nursery-kindergarten building with construction of a water supply, sewerage, external electrical installation, external lighting, rainwater drainage system, garbage cans, construction of a public exit, parking spaces for cars along with construction of a playground and demolition of conflicting objects in the area on plots no. 3061/4, 3062 in MSc. Pysznica, Municipality of Pysznica’. The scope of the project being the subject of this study includes: 1) construction works - finishing parts of the facility intended for kindergarten, 2) equipping the premises of the kindergarten with equipment necessary for operation (playrooms, sleeping zones), 3) construction works in the premises of the building being a part common to the kindergarten and nursery, i.e.: corridors, kitchen and accompanying rooms and public toilets, psychologist's and speech therapist's rooms, teacher's room, other kindergarten service rooms. As a result of the project, a kindergarten will be put into use, in which children will have 7 playrooms, 2 sleeping sections, a multifunctional room and a cloakroom. The usable area of the preschool area is :1142,92 m2. The usable area of common areas is 928.27 m2. REASON: The construction of a kindergarten in the municipality is primarily a solution to the problems occurring in the municipality in the field of early childhood education and care.: currently (as of 27.09.2023) there are 335 pre-school children in the Municipality, including 126 children (year 2018), 96 children (year 2019) and 113 children (year 2020). Children in kindergarten education (children admitted to kindergarten) are 228, including 202 in kindergarten (including Brandwica and PP in Jastkowice), and 26 in class ‘0’.The percentage of children in kindergarten education (as of 27 September 2023) is 68.05%.In the light of the applicable regulations, the municipality is obliged to ensure that all children aged 3 to 7 living in its territory can implement kindergarten. The municipality runs 1 kindergarten, which is located in two buildings , without a cloakroom, with 3 playrooms (39m2) attended by 47 children , with playrooms for children not exceeding 39 m2 , after setting tables and chairs there is little space for children to play freely, motor games (there is no space for sunbeds) - there are 21 children in one room; in the remaining two after 18 kindergartens (the area of each room intended for a collective stay of 3 to 5 children is at least 16 m2, the area for each subsequent child is at least 2.5 m2, if the child's stay exceeds 5 hours per day or aging is provided);.In the current school year, 23 children were not admitted to kindergarten and 16 children aged 2.5 were not qualified. Analyzing the demographic situation in the Municipality (population growth) and observing the trends on the labour market (mothers return to work after 2-3 years of childcare), it is necessary to increase the number of new pre-school places and this can only be achieved through a new educational infrastructure facility. The main objective of the project is to improve access to quality early childhood education and care services Specific objectives: 1) increasing the number of pre-school places, 2) providing children with the opportunity to use pre-school education in a modern facility adapted to the needs of children, including disabled children, 3) supporting the overall development of the child through the process of care, upbringing and teaching, 4) creating conditions enabling children to freely develop, play and rest in a sense of security.
