As part of the project, it is planned to build a new day support facility - a care and education center located in Tarnobrzeg - in the Zakrzów housing estate, at ul. Fishing 25 . The common room will be a great support for families by providing children with educational care during their free time from school activities through play, sports activities, taking care of the development of interests and talents, shaping social attitudes, as well as creating conditions for children to learn their own and provide help in learning and overcoming school difficulties. There is no such common room in the Zakrzów estate. It is planned that it will operate more than 8 hours a day and will also be open on public holidays. For the proper functioning of the common room will be employed / seconded people to work with children. The material scope of the project includes the execution of comprehensive construction works for the construction of a one-storey facility, land development works. The resulting facility will be fully adapted to OzN in accordance with applicable standards in this area. It is also planned to purchase equipment that is necessary for the proper functioning of the common room. The main objective of the project is to support the social inclusion of marginalised communities, low-income households and disadvantaged groups, including people with special needs, through integrated actions including social services, in particular through investments in the infrastructure of a newly established day-care facility, a common room with the necessary equipment. The purpose of the newly created facility will be to provide care for children as part of care, education and education activities, increase key competences through the implementation of additional development activities and improve the functioning of families by supporting them in performing their care and education function. The main problem of the beneficiary, which through the implementation of this project will be solved, is ensuring the availability of a day support facility, which is a care and education center. Support shall only address identified infrastructure gaps in the context of the availability of socio-economic inclusion of the target group. The solution eliminating the above-mentioned barriers is the possibility of implementing this project, which indirectly also raises awareness of the limitations associated with this area of support and leads to the need to create social inclusion infrastructure fully accessible to NSAs. The project will improve the quality of life of marginalised, low-income households and disadvantaged groups. Actions will contribute to equality, inclusion and non-discrimination. This will further enable the elimination of social and occupational exclusion in the longer term. Disruption of the stability of processes excluding these activities can lead to multifaceted negative effects on society. The end result of the project will be the sustainable preservation of the principles of social inclusion. The project submitted for funding is a means to solve the identified problems. The objectives and scope of the investment respond closely to the existing problems in terms of accessibility to social inclusion infrastructure for city residents. The day support facility covered by the project will be run in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 9 June 2011 on family support and the foster care system and the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 13 October 2015 on the housing and sanitary requirements that must be met by the premises in which the day support facility is to be run. The applicant declares that it will carry out information and promotion activities in accordance with the document Rules for the labelling and promotion of FEP 2021-2027 projects.
